2007-10-09 11:36:00 It's been long since I've stumbled upon something worth watching and posting. Émilie Simon is a multidisciplinary artist; writing, composing and singing in all of her albums. Maybe her name does not ring a bell but the fact that she composed the original soundtrack for Luc Jacquet's documentary film La Marche de l'empereur (March of the Penguins) for which she got the award Best Original Soundtrack at the Césars in 2006, certainly will. What is more, she even toured with Placebo, doing the first part of their tour from 29th of September 2006 until the 4th December 2006.
