Taylor Swift - Fearless [Retail /New Tracks]As many of you know once an album is released I don't like to post them. In this case we had a very late leak but I still wanted to give back something. These past couple weeks I've posted many Taylor songs so I just uploaded all the track I haven't. As for the album it's pretty much what I was expecting but I wasn't dissapointed at all. The albums shows a more grown-up side to Swift and provides an album less less of girly songs aimed at teens, but that doesn't mean it was completely forgotten. David Archuleta - David Archuleta [Retail ]With many webrips going around earlier this week we finally have the Retail version. The debut album from runner-up on the seventh season of American Idol. To be honest I wasn't a big fan of Archuleta on Idol but he changed my mind once he released first single "Crush". Which debuted at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 thanks to digital downloads of 166,247. As for the album it turned out to be a solid effort never taking risks but delivers great pop tracks. Without a dobut the boy deffiently has a voice and knows how to use it and it's stamped over each track. Especially on the more piano-based ballads where he sounds more in control. The album will include most of her singles as well as two new tracks. We already recieved single "Reach Out" along with the video and now we have the other new track. Beyoncé - I Am...Sasha Fierce [Standard Edition ]Just yesturday we had recieved an album sampler of Beyoncé third album and we now the full standard edition of the album! It's pretty much a surprise to me since the album isn't due for another two weeks but I'm not complaining either. Singles "If I Were a Boy" and "Single Ladies" are just a taste of where the album takes you. Starting with "I Am..." which showcases a more personal/intimate side. Where it doesnt seem like she's trying to score a hit but takes it nice and slow, gradually using her vocals. As for Sasha Fierce her alter-ego the feelings are thrown away and the clubbing outfit is put on. This side contains mostly catchy dance tracks and cheesy lyrics. The first being at the Virgin Megastore (Union Square,NY) many fans lined up to buy the album and cacth the special performance afterwards. The second being "The Fame Ball" featuring many opening acts and Gaga as the headliner. She was filled with energy and excitement and pulled off great shows both nights.
