I’ve signed up for the Feedburner RSS feed which then gives you an indication of the number of subscribers that you have. The standard RSS feed doesn’t allow you to do this and you have no idea of the number in your fan club! I’ve also put in the email form which allows people to sign up with their email. For those without the RSS feed capability, I can send you an email each time I update my site… look on the right hand side of the page for the email subscription bit.
