They have plenty of other things to be doing at the time they are leaving you a comment, like wash dishes, wash clothes, put kids to bed, or one of a million other things that we in today's world have to do. If the person took the time to leave you a comment, continuing the conversation, the least you can do is thank them for it. One of the reasons for writing a blog is to build relationships. You want to build relationships with others interested in the same subjects. Think about the interactions you have with your actual friends (especially the ones in the same industry). You bounce ideas off each other, call each other for help, have something to talk about when out for drinks, and you have someone who understands what you have to deal with on a daily basis. Regardless, I just wanted to give credit where credit is due and highlight some of the SEO blogs I follow.
