tomorrow? yeah. I was chatting away with "dan the man". haven't seen him in 3 years. anyway, while shooting the breeze with "dan the man", he tells me that tomorrow - january 30, 2010 - is a BLUE MOON. doesn't happen too often folks. so, tomorrow night, take a break and look up into the sky. that there up in the sky is a blue moon people. enjoy it. they come maybe once every 2 to 3 years.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue _M oonchanging the subject...yes. I woke up at 11am today. and for maybe 6 hours, except for 2 loads of laundry, all I did was play computer games. at around 6pm, I got this call from da shadow. he's back in town. arrived yesterday he says.after the phone call, I go back to playing my computer games. still playing the new installment of the "sins of the solar empire - ENTRENCHMENT". another month, and I figure I'll be moving on to another game. I give this game "2 thumbs up". if you like strategy games where you have to plan a lot, you'll love this game.anyway, so, now I have 7:53pm showing on my clock. the plan is to take a shower, clean up, and get to the parking lot at around 9pm thereabouts. more likely 9:30pm since I'm having a tough time signing off from my game. hehehe.life is good.

after going to the lobby and the parking lot for like the past 6 years, I decided to do something a little different yesterday.I woke up at 6am.mind you, I went to sleep at like 3am. so, almost no sleep at all for me. for some reason, I wanted to do something different yesterday. the urge was that great.went to this breakfast buffet place at about 8am. guess who came by surprisingly? jack dawson. we talked. he told me about utorrent. I showed him systemcare.at around 10am, we separated. I went to the gym to workout. my second workout in the last week. hope I can get myself into a workout routine again. (fingers crossed.) I did a 2 hour workout. left the gym at 1pm tired.from the gym, I went this carrefour out in rachada to do some grocery shopping. ended up back home at 4pm. took a long power nap. didn't wake up until 11pm. played computer games a little. did some research on the net. it is now about 2am.so many things in my mind now. I got word from da brain. ...

got to the parking lot at 9pm. early for me. not many people around. caught a glimpse of the colonel, and john candy walking pass me.went into the lobby for a peek. saw the new york cop, the inventor, and another lounge lizard. the new york cop tells me his story. and adds that he is leaving in about a week. going back to vegas. when he left me, I went back out to the parking lot.after oogling the scene in the parking lot for 30 minutes, jack dawson comes by. we chat. we may do the pizza buffet tomorrow. jack tells me he is retired now. no more work for him.right about the time jack dawson leaves me, tokyo mark comes by. smiles all around. other lounge lizards hanging out in the parking lot include lady puu, misty, blossom, drew, precious.at 11pm, I went back into the lobby. saw bronson, dutch callahan, and timberwolf. we trade notes on apartments. dutch callahan wants to get a larger apartment for about 6k baht a month. had a good time last night. several lounge lizards were out and about.roll call... james stewart, dirk bonapare, bronson, timberwolf, the guru, clint eastwood, king arthur, honeybuns, blossom, precious, my wife, misty.the only thing that tarnished the scene last night was this fight involving one white guy, and like 10 thais. scary stuff. words from the wise... if you come over here for vacation, do not get into fights with thais. they don't fight fair. yes, you heard me right. I made it to the gym today. got there at around 3pm. did an hour workout. in celebration, I went to this shabusushi buffet downstairs in the same mall that my gym is located in. ate until I couldn't eat anymore. sushi, hot pot, ice cream, watermelon.. I ate a little of everything. yes, I was in heaven.after "dinner", I went grocery shopping next door in carrefour. stocked up on food, juices, and fruits. I'm good for at least 2 weeks. all my chores are done.I feel great! nothing like having your house in order.I've got 8:30pm showing on my clock now. I think I will mosy over to the lobby now. hopefully, there will be some lounge lizards out and about. if not, the day turned out ok.

EVERY day is friday for me. yikes!stayed home again. just laid in bed all day wondering what I should do. did 3 loads of laundry. it seems like all my lounge lizard buddies are gone for now. the only ones I know of currently in thailand are in pattaya. so, I might just head on down there for a while next week.I need to get out today because my food provisions are low. no more chips and sodas. UGH! I've got like 2 tins of pork and beans left in the cupboard. no more juices, or fruits. yeah. time to get up and do some grocery shopping.I think I need something new to do in my life. playing computer games all day just doesn't do it for me anymore. it was one of those nights in the lobby. nobody around.I went there at 9pm. looked around. except for a glimpse of timberwolf, and dutch callahan, there was hardly anybody around. I sat in the softseats all by myself for like 15 minutes. nobody came by. so, I went to the big T.there were friendly people around. saw somchai, and gorgeous. but overall, it was sort of slow. almost all the lounge lizards have left. stayed at the big T for maybe an hour. had my routine cup of coffee.at about 11:25pm, I looked at my watch, and said to myself quote, "do I want to hangout anymore tonight?". the answer was no. so, I made a mad dash to the underground. their last train leaves at 11:40pm.got home a little before midnight. kept myself busy playing my computer games for 2 hours. went to sleep at 3am.my clock is showing 10:45am now. not sure what to do. no plans. may go to the gym at around 2pm. hangout there.

for the whole day yesterday, I stayed home. BUT when 8pm came around, I got changed and made my way to the lobby. something inside me said, "get the fuck up, bro. it's loooobby time!"after a long hot shower, I headed out the door of my apartment with some intensity. god o'mighty. I haven't looked at a pretty girl for over 2 days. I didn't bite into a burger from mcdonalds in 3 days. yikes!as I was walking towards my favorite place, I saw mcdonalds off to the side. yes, it was a spontaneous decision, but I ran into that little mcdonalds next to the parking lot and feasted like a starving man. they currently have a special there. 97 baht for a cheeseburger value meal. didn't go out last night. at around 8:30pm, I looked at the clock and thought to myself, do I really want to leave my place and walk all the way to the lobby?the lazy side of me won out. so, I stayed home and played computer games. naturally, with all the rest, I'm re-engergized again. my guess is - it'll be the lobby tonight. what time - I don't know. will play it by ear.I got an interesting email the other day. somebody wanted to interview me for an article they wanted to write about my blog. ..what was my reply to them, you ask? no thanks. frankly, I like being pretty much unknown, and carefree. no headaches.yes, I could get more traffic, and maybe even make some money with my blog. but hey. several lounge lizards have left or are leaving in the next couple of days. the sarge, jeremiah, mike jagger, the watcher, super glenn, errol flynn. I feel a little sad about it all. but people come and go....I woke up yesterday at around 3pm. just laid in bed for an hour twiddling my thumbs. at around 4:45pm, I got this call errol flynn asking me if I had eaten yet. (errol just got back from pattaya.) I replied no. so, we got together for dinner at the oishi express over in the jusco building near the thailand cultural center.we finished dinner at exactly 7:26pm. and went our separate ways. I wanted to go do a workout at the gym. so, I went home to get my gym gear. I got to the gym at 9:30pm. and was disappointed to find out the gym was closing at 10pm. I stayed home today. another SES day. got lazy.so, what did I do all day sitting in my room, you ask? not much. spent a few hours working on my online photo galleries. yesterday, after my last post, I made a beeline to the beach. the first guy I saw lounging along the beach was wesley snipes. he's back! we talk. while shooting the breeze, kaito pops out of the woodwork. followed by barnaby. another session of discussions.then, we did the routine stroll along the beach oogling people along the way. right around 10pm, willie brown appears. from then on in, the events during the night get blurry. didn't have anything to drink, mind you. but I forget the next few hours.around 1am, I go over to burger king at the royal garden mall, and pig out on a burger. at maybe 3am, howling howie makes an appearance. probably the last time I'll see him on this trip of his. I get tired at 4am, and leave. slept at 4:30am.it is now about 10:30am. willie brown drops by the internet cafe I'm at doing this post. we're checking out within the hour. moving to another hotel. meeting some of the other guys for breakfast at the lek hotel buffet.errol fly...

so, what happened to day 1, you ask? willie brown and I arrived into pattaya yesterday, it was about 3pm. from then on, the day was a blur. we ran around all over the place. ran into howling howie, barnaby, and few guys with the same first name. I went to the A & W up on the 7th floor of the festival mall for dinner. had their 2 piece chicken and root beer special. caught the sun going down. great view.checked out a couple of gogo bars. did the stroll routine along the beach all night. had fun. slept like a log.today, I woke up at 10pm thereabouts, had breakfast at the apex breakfast buffet (where else?). willie came over later and joined me. after breakfast, willie and I went to the big C over on the other side of town. hung out there for a little while. bumped into sheraton. long time no see. sheraton told me that buckteeth billy is already back in thailand. wonders what's up with that? buckteeth billy told me he wasn't coming back until february. ..whatever.fro...

had dinner at this shabusushi place over in the esplanade mall at around 5pm. went shopping for groceries afterwards over in a nearby carrefour.got to the lobby at exactly 9pm.while hanging out in the lobby, jack dawson, willie brown, long time jessie, and captain midnight came by. we talked. long time jessie gives me some more info on vpn. man, I'm sold on vpn. "what's up, bro?" we talk about seeing that movie "avatar". told the watcher that I wanted to see it again BUT in imax/3D this time.as it turns out, I just checked http://www.movieseer.com and it appears "avatar" is not showing on the imax/3D screen anymore. shucks! so, now the question is - do I want to see the movie again? something to think about.I've got 4pm showing on my clock right now. all dressed and ready to head on out to the wild blue yonder. the plan is to go to shabusushi next door and pig out. afterwards, maybe a movie. need to see what else is playing. later on, I need to do some grocery shopping. after hibernating indoors for the last couple of days, I am low on provisions.will I do a power nap? maybe not. but we will see...I told the watcher that I will probably be at the lobby tonight early since I haven't been there for 3 days now. will probably get there around 9pm.the plan.

actually, I'm ok. but for some reason, after staying up so late on new years day, I didn't feel like going out for 2 days.it's about 3am now on sunday january 3.all I did for the past couple of days is watch tv, play computer games, and surf the net. tried a couple of times to call the sarge to let him know what's up with me, but he never picks up his phone. oh well.today is day 3 of my using the vpn that long time jessie told me about. for some reason, my internet is not as fast as when I first installed the vpn. perhaps it was a "teaser" setup where they get you to try it, and then later on.... whatever, I'll play it by ear and see how it works a month from now. bottomline, with the vpn, my internet access is still faster than it was like before.been living on cans of pork and beans, pineapple, bananas, and mama. tomorrow, I think I'll treat myself and splurge by going to the oishi express near my place. maybe catch a movie afterwards.no other plans for tomorrow. gu...

well, here I am. it is about 3am in the morning here in bangkok, thailand. I just finished watching the 3rd episode of season 4 of the "lost" tv series. I can barely keep my eyes open for need of sleep. my back hurts. and I feel a little dizzy from watching continuously around 24 episodes of "lost" in a row.I think I truly need to take a break from watching this stuff.but my mind keeps going back to "lost". charlie just died. and that asshole, ben linus, shot charlotte with a gun that he took off karl. and I'm wondering what will happen next.my mind is swirling around, but for some reason, I want to stick the next dvd into the machine and watch another 3 episodes. but my body is telling me to take a break. go to sleep, bro.and I think I will now.I'm tired. yesterday, the plan was to take a break from "lost". take in a little of the lobby and the parking lot. but what actually happened was an all day all night marathon watching "lost".guess how many episodes of "lost" I watched yesterday?I finished all of season 2, and am about 25% through season 3. I watched boone, shannon, ana lucia, and libby all get beat up, cut up, and pretty much taken out.I saw the supernatural black smoke circle mr. eko, and not kill him.
