Ron Paul in 2008
2007-11-11 21:03:00 Unless you want to vote for “just another corrupt candidate” for the 2008 US Presidential race, then maybe it’s time you did a little research on Dr. Ron Paul . Ron is a beacon of light in our otherwise disconnected & dishonest pool of presidential candidates. Ron is the only contender with a consistent voting record that ...

The Myths of Cholesterol
2007-07-17 04:01:00 (This is a guest author article.) Back in February, I wrote an article called Lies That Become Truth. In that article, I wrote about the myths of cholesterol that people in authority would have us believe in order to sell prescription drugs that are much more harmful to us than cholesterol ever will be. Recently, I came across cholesterol-and-health.com where I found the author relating his own personal story along with tons of facts to bust the myths that have been spread. There’s a lot of information there and when you follow the links. I recommend anyone interested in reading the truth for a change to do so. In a few of my own posts, I harped on the fact that trans fats are bad for your health. Partially hydrogenated oils produce trans fats. Nowhere in those posts did I link cholesterol with the fats and nowhere did I link the fats with heart disease. The truth is, certain fats are bad for your health for other reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with cholesterol or ... More About: Myths , Cholesterol , Este , Holes , Estero
Is It Time For A Hostile Take Over?
2007-07-13 04:44:00 This is a guest author article. Matthew has been predisposed with personal matters for a long enough period of time, without writing anything for the blog, that his loyal readers are not returning to check. I’ve checked his traffic statistics and they’re getting worse by the day. While I wish him well, it appears it’s almost time ... More About: Humor , Time

2007-06-21 21:45:00 Well, it was a little messy, but my upgrade from Wordpress 2.1.2 to Wordpress 2.2.1 is complete & successful. The Evil of Genetics Revisited
2007-06-20 16:26:00 This is a guest author article. I wrote my article about the The Evil of Genetics on my own blog on April 12, 2007. Are you Chronically Dehydrated?
2007-06-18 19:54:00 Our human bodies are made up of 2/3rds water. When born our bodies are generally 80% water, and toward old age that number decreases to around 70%.
