2007-08-09 16:21:00 Incidents of the most dangerous kind of skin cancer melanoma have risen over 40% between 1995 and 2005 according to Cancer Research UK. What is more worrying is the charity thinks some incidents may have been avoidable! I recently stumbled across The Mole Clinic while in London, the MOLE Clinic is the UK’s leading independent diagnostic centre for skin cancer. They have clinics all across the country and checks start at only £30. I phoned up to book an appointment for a complete check costing £95 and got an appointment the following day. The checkup involved stripping down to my shorts while a very professional nurse checked out my skin from head to toe. All in all the complete check took 30 minutes with the nurse talking to me through out about cautionary measures and what to look for. 2007-07-31 14:21:00 Wow I never expected my Technorati Ranking to jump so quickly. My Technorati authority was pretty low at about 50, and then I jumped on board the ViralTags Train early on. My Technorati authority is now at 409 and I’m listed in the Top 10k blogs at 9,190. That’s pretty impressive and a real eye opener to how viral these kind of posts can be. I think in future I’ll opt for more content driven link backs like the one from ProBlogger, but it was a worthwhile experiment none the less. What posts have driven the most traffic for you?

2007-06-23 23:01:00 I first heard about Intention Manifestation, Synchronicity or The Law of Attraction from the DVD What the Bleep Do We Know, this was then followed up by the DVD The Secret. In a nutshell it’s about what you focus on and what you think about the most you attract into your life. With that idea in mind people use all sort of ways to focus on what they want regularly. I currently have a visualisation board in which I’ve stuck pictures of my dream house and car, the body I want, relationships etc. It’s a constant reminder of what you’re working for and aiming towards in your life.
