Dad called today to inform me that for at least this year, we won’t be taking our annual end of summer vacation to Sea Isle City, New Jersey. We’re all going to upper bumblefuck Pennsylvania in May, so that will be our family vacation together. My parents have decided to go on a cruise with some of their friends. Which now leaves me and the husband trying to figure out something different to do for our own vacation. Hubby’s already scoping out camping gear, which does nothing more than make me laugh hysterically. I DON’T CAMP. I don’t do bugs. I don’t do the outdoors unless I have a comfortable hotel room to go back to. Methinks hubby’s gone off his rocker.
