Rock Ness Festival

Well as I write this it is only about 16 hours to the Rock Ness festival, in case you have not heard William Hill have teamed up with the organizers to offer a one million pound reward to anyone that can provide proof that Nessie exists. Also at the festival 50,000 cameras are to be handed out, which sounds like fun :)Much as I would have liked to go I am down the other end of the country and have work commitments, if anyone reading this does go let me know how it turns out :)You can find more at http://www.rockness.co.uk, althoughit is not much of a site I'm sure more will be added if anything is spotted :)

Yep, it is coming up to that time of the year when sightings of the Loch Ness Monster start to increase, and the fakers come out to play. Here is the latest video supposedly of good old Nessie which was released on the 28th May.This also includes a small interview with Adrian Shine ( runs the Loch Ness Project ), of all the scientists he probably knows the most about this fascinating lake and the myths and legends that surround it.Something else I find interesting about this clip is the way the guy who took the video ( Gordon Holmes ) is described as an 'amateur scientist' .... Just make me wonder what one of those is and how you qualify ??Anyway take a look and see what you think.

200mph+ model car

When I was a kid ( and for a few years afterwards ) I used to have a few RC model cars, some of which were pretty fast ..... But nothing compared to this.200mph + for a model car is amazing.Sorry about no posts over the last 2 days but have been busy catching up with work after my time off ill, now back at it :)

Hi Folks,To kick of the first real post here we go with Crypt ozoology, defined as :Cryptozoology (from Greek: κρυπτός, kryptós, "hidden"; ζôιον, zôion, "animal"; and λόγος, logos, "knowledge" or "study" – c.f. zoology) is the search for animals hypothesized to exist, but for which conclusive proof is missing. Welome to the start of a strange journey

Hi Folks,Well I suppose this first post should tell you a little about what you can expect to find on this blog in the coming months / years.First of all it has NOTHING to do with my business, so no adverts etc .... However in my working on-line I do come across some stuff which is strange / interesting or just plain weird and thought I would share it all with you ... Or at least as much as time allows.So basically expect the unexpected ! .... Everything from neat gadgets to UFO's.
