woo hoo what a great day to go to the spa!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got highlights and low lights…. also got a great 10 minute hair massage during the shampoo, woo! I tried to get my hair done a few weeks ago before the concert, no luck! Today Im stuck with 10 loads or so of laundry , nice huh?

Im doing all three Thurdsay things! Thoughtless! Im totaly thoughless today…. actually thats not true… Im thinking of WTF is taking so long for my Maroon5 concert Fan club picture! Its been a week! Im so impatient! Tasty Thursay!!!!!!!!!!!!! One medium sized pumpkin Salt Olive oil 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut open the pumpkin and use a strong metal spoon to scoop out the insides. Separate the seeds from the stringy core. Rinse the seeds. 2 In a small saucepan, add the seeds to water, about 2 cups of water to every half cup of seeds. Add a tablespoon of salt for every cup of water. Bring to a boil. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. 3 Spread about a tablespoon of olive oil over the bottom of a roasting pan. Spread the seeds out over the roasting pan, all in one layer. Bake on the top rack for 20 minutes or until the seeds begin to brown. When browned to your satisfaction, remove from the oven and let the pan cool on a rack. Let the seeds cool all ...

UGHHH I have been out all day, and I still can not get out of this funk!!! I cant even figure out if its a good funk or bad funk! First off my 6 year old is still mad at me for not taking HIM to the Maroon 5 concert instead of my bestfriend, well sorry, I dont think you would appreciate the loudness, and here is proof! After feeling bad about disapointing my son, I took him out for a day with mom. I replaced the nintendo ds that was broken due to an unfortunate incident earlier this weeke ( I deleted the entire actual story due to rude poeple who have no business judging my parenting skills, writing nasty comments), and after replacing it we did some shopping. Before we hit the actual shopping, I took my 6 year old into Hollister clothing, where it reaked of strong cologne and had loud dance music that was throbbing in my chest. Just a little taste of how freaking disgustingly close we were to the stage! Definitely where a picture says a thousand words! Yes, I took these pictures, with a kodak easy share!!! YEP! Our annual visit to the pumpkin patch! This morning, we got in the mood of Pump kin picking, by watching Spookly the square pumpkin… such a cute story. Check the family at the pumpkin patch. After we picked pumpkins, we weighed them, then headed inside to buy apples, plums, and apple cider slushies!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, we were eating the slushies all the way home!

Just wondering, does anyone else out there have a lazy husband? I feel like all my husband does is sleep, and do fantasy sports stuff! I’m just at my breaking point! Its one thing when hubby says he will be home at 6:30 and shows up at 7:00, but it throws off my schedule! If hubby is going to be home then Id rather hear that he isn’t going to be here and I can adjust my schedule to that! If hubby is going to be late, then I have my own schedule, I can feed the kids extra early, and get so much stuff done on my own schedule! When he is here, he isn’t really here! My husbands new name…. LAZY SMURF! Remember how annoying he was cause he WOULDN’T do anything but sleep, and everyone hated him? Can I get an amen!????????????

Homemade Beef enchiladas

1 lb ground beef, browned 1 tablespoon minced garlic onion powder or 1/2 cup chopped onions salt and pepper 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped Old El Paso green chilies 2 (10 ounce) cans Old El Paso mild enchilada sauce 1 /4 cup sour cream 4 oz cream cheese 1 pack large soft tortillas 2 cups shredded mexican cheeses 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. 3. Cook ground beef until no longer pink, drain off extra fat. 4. Add onions or powder, garlic, salt and pepper and the green chilies. 5. Cook 5 minutes to blend flavors. 6. Mix sour cream and cream cheese together, and mix with meat to binde together 7. Place 1 TBS of the beef mixture off center on the tortilla. 8. Roll tortilla firmly and place into baking pan. 9. Continue until all the meat mixture is gone. 10. Who let the dogs out? Forget Thursday Meme’s everyone is up my butt! 1) Youngest school teacher gave me attitude when I went to the class to make sure son ate breakfast ( this school has free breakfast since they are a title 1 school for kids with disabilities and low income area). 2) Spa gave me an attitude when I called to schedule a hair cut and highlight with my favorite stylist and I got ” Well all the people you mentioned arent available and let me tell you that calling at the last minute with the times you want isnt how it works….” CLICK SEE YA you are losing my business ( big business, I always spend a fortune there). 3) Youngest son gave me attitude about wearing a sports shirt ( he is fixated with sports shirts only), and they were all dirty so he wore a pizza stain shirt with a soccer ball decor on it, to school!) Happy Mama is having a Holiday recipe hype! Check out all these great foods! This is my all time favorite candy and my all time favorite cooking recipe! I dont remember exactly where the recipe is from but they are so good! This picture is from a website, but the creamy white part inside, is much thicker then the store bought ones. Chocolate-Covered Cherries Yields: About 3 dozen Ingredients: * 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar * 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened * 1 Tablespoon milk * 1/2 teaspoon almond extract * 2 (8 oz. each) jars maraschino cherries with stems, well drained* * 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips * 2 Tablespoons shortening In mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, milk, and extract; mix well. Knead into large ball. Roll into 1 inch balls and flatten each into 2 inch circle. Wrap around cherries and lightly roll in hands. Place with stem up on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. This weekend, I am taking on a new task!!! I am teaching the 3 year old class of Catholic Sunday school! How bad can it be? Its for 1 hour, every Sunday, and its down the hall from my 1st graders Sunday school class. I get to dress up, and be a teacher to kids! Singing songs, having the kids color, what could be more fun??????? By the time I ask names, do the songs, do the lesson, it will be tine to go!! Oh god, I hope this chases away my body’s biological clock of saying ” hurry up and have another baby!” , SHUT UP ALREADY!

WOO HOOO! I finally found a pair of jeans that fit! I had to go to Sears, Landsend, and get jeans in the petites department! The downside to all this, a whooping size 14!!!14, thats how big my cottage cheese but is! Aside from the cottage cheese, these jeans fit PERFECTLY, don’t you love that part?????????? So then I wanted another pair of jeans as well, you always need a back up.. of course Landsend only had 1 pair of my perfectly fitting jeans. I headed over to Macy’s and got a pair there, and also got a new jean jacket at NY & CO! Back in the day of 1980’s of 7th grade, I remember wearing a jean jacket and everyone wrote their favorite bands, in BLACK permanent marker on the back of their jackets? HA HA! Back to the 80’s… HE HE! Anyway, I had to update a few things for the style of today.
