Ellen Griswald ( aka me) is going on a beach weekend with her BFF! I am headed to Ocean City Maryland tomorrow for 3 days! You heard me, THREE days away from the kids, and the dogs, and the housework! My body will be taking in the sites and sounds of Thrashers Fries, Funnel cakes, and long bike rides on the boardwalk! Today I feel like a Mary Poppins person today! The kids are being great, LIKE MAGIC! Mr. T has been very good today, the dog has been great, only person not great, is me! I just cant seem to get motivated, but at least the kids are being good, and giving me a break! At least I have had a few great cups of coffee! On a lighter note, at least I have gotten the kids school clothes! Mr. C has gotten all new clothes for 1st grade. Whats weird, is that Mr. C. he doesnt want any of the typical things, kids his age wants. I would KILL for my son to WANT those Heelys, and I would want to buy them, but he doesnt even want to look at them… is that a bad thing? If I was a kid, I would want those, and Im not a kid, and I want the HEELYS! On top of everything else, its HOT AGAIN! There is a heat advisory, and it could reach up to 105 with the heat index! But my kids LOVE highschool Musical, and they are anxiously awaiting Highschool Musical 2! The songs are catchy, and the dancing is easy enough for my kids to learn! Its the typical CLIQUE movie, with catchy songs, NOT ANNOYING SONGS! So my kids are doing the daily countdown, and so I made my MYSPACE to match their intrest! Dont be annoyed by my MYSPACE !

Mr. T, my youngest had his final dr appt today, and was officially diagnosed as PDD NOS. Basically he has autism, but not enough characteristics to say its FULL BLOWN autism, PDD NOS basically says he has traits/characteristics of it. My oldest was diagnosed last year, and is now medicated, and it has worked, thankgoodness! Both kids are like night and day but they both have their own issues to deal with. This diagnosis is good to have before the school year, it will give the teacher a better picture of what they are dealing with and what services they can offer that will help us out better!

A Chocolate addict! I can not get off this chocolate kick! I have always been a small person, body wise, now all the sudden I have fat hips, and no boobs, and why does it take chocoalte to do this to a body! On top of this my body seems to be craving milk, skim milk, and I am drinking 6-8 glasses a day! My goodness what is happening Im not 40 yet!

Mountains of laundry and swampy dishes!

I feel like I just cleaned my castle! The bedrooms are a mess, so I clean them and take the laundry into the laundry room, now the laundry room is dirty, but the master bed room and kids rooms are clean. I clean the kitchen, run the dishes, make breakfast, pick up breakfast dishes, make lunch, pick up lunch dishes, and now my kitchen is a mess!!!!!! WHY BOTHER!!! I think I will take the lazy approach, and clean up all dishes 1 time a day, and do laundry 1 time a day! TOO MUCH TIME CONSUMPTION spent on cleaning, and no time for my kiddos and myself! No one visits our domain enough for me to worry about stuff on my floor. Unless its something our new puppy is gonna chew up, Im not doing it! I am prioritizing my house cleaning, I cant spend all day cleaning, that is not what I am home for.

ADHD!!! Leave me alone, go away, I want that now!

Usually Im going nuts because my kids wont calm down, but we had a great day! Yes, the DAYTRANA ADHD patch was on Mr. C, and yes , it causes him to not want to eat, but he was SO CALM! I filled him up on breakfast, so of course he didnt want lunch, and then he pigged out at dinner! This was one of the nights where we actually went to a restaurant with a 6 year old and 4 year old, and sat down, and ATE OUR MEAL! We actually got to eat all our food, and not box it up! There was also quite a wait for the kids food, not sure why as it wasnt busy at 7:00pm on Monday night. Luckily hubby and I had the salad bar, which has chips, salsa, grapes, cantaloupe etc, so the kids got an appetizer! After words we hit the park, came home, and now the kids are conked out, as is Daddy! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH what a nice day!

I don’t particularly like to advertise when hubby is away on a trip, but the reason for some of the posts are because he was gone. 2 weeks, 2 weeks he was gone, and 2 weeks I was here by myself! I am glad he is back, more for the break from the kids I have been taking. Saturday I took older man Mr. C out for breakfast at the diner, for a big ole pile of pancakes! We then hit the mall, and Mr. C got a nice haircut, and then we hit game stop and got a few more games for his Nintendo DS ( my patience saver). Saturday afternoon, we ALL spent the afternoon at the community pool! My oldest decided to use his innertube and follow me into what he calls SCARY WATER, the 4 foot deep area! I was so proud of him, although I wish he would take some initiative to try and swim! Anyway, Mr. T, the younger one, also decided to go to the 4 ft area, but no float, he was still able to stand a little. Im not….. Did you know the human head weighs 8 pounds? Mr. C - Hey mom, how many more days till you go to heaven? Me- Um, a lot I hope Mr. C - With Nanna? Mr. C - Oh mom remember school was closed on New Year s day January 1, and January 15 was no school for Martin Luther King day? I can not even use words to describe my day, so if you can figure out these picture meanings, you are completely reading my mind. Just remember, I have 2 kids, 1 is ADHD, and the other has sensory disorder, however none of their symptoms were evident today, it was straight up ” LETS ANNOY THE LIVING HELL OUT OF MOM TODAY!” Here is my diagnosis for myself! So now I am going to read… in this order… a few pages of each…. Tomorrow I will have this for breakfast….. with extra creamer!

Yes, today I am SUPERMOM. If you lose a game, I can find it….. First I found Master C’s Nintendo DS, UNDER THE FOOT STOOL! Then I was declared super mom yesterday when I found this….. Then, the chaos started, and I needed to go upstairs, turn on the fan in the bathroom, and take a deep breath… then I remembered, that along with CAVE PARTY, I had gotten a secret savior DVD… that I had seen on a previous blog from Roni…www.noonefamily.com ( she also has a weight watchen site)…….. Thanks for the life saver! so now that I found the Nintendo DS, Mr. C is on an addiction for the day, in his room, and Mr. T is doing his aerobic workout to the Wiggles, and I am writing my blog and actually eating a hot meal! This is weird. I have a 9 week old PUG puppy, yes the smashed in face dogs, with the cinnamon roll tails. He has been acting like a cat since he has been here, its weird! He purs, when I hold him , when I pet him, when I pick him up, he even squints like a cat. He watches tv like my cat He cahses fuzzy balls around He pounces He hates water He meowed at the TV ( I swear I was not hearing things) He sleeps on my window sill Anyone else have a strange thing going on with their pets? How come SUPERNANNY advises, that before you go to a public place, you tell your kids what the rules are of the place you are going to, and it doesnt work? Is it just my kids or is Supernanny a liar? Example ME: We are going to Target, and Yes Big T we will get Backyardigans Cave Party DVD since we couldnt find it at the other store yesterday. Mr. C, we are NOT getting anymore nintendo ds games. I got you the Harry potter game yesterday, and today it was on the floor in the family room. Kids: But mom if we are good can we get a prize? HA! I thought that Mr Clean eraser could do everything, well honk my hooter, I found something better. Do you know what can get SMEARED poop off a freshly painted bathroom wall, without removing the paint? Do you know what can get a stain out of furniture without warping it? Do you know what can get icecream off your suede car head rest without damaging the suede? You have 30 seconds.. Make sure you get the SENSITIVE wipes, I think that i what keeps the paint from coming off!

OK, so this week alone, I have had maybe 1 home cooked meal, and that was Eggs benedict…. on Tuesday.  We have been to Chickfila, Burger King, Wendy’s , Double T diner, you name it, we’ve been there this week.  Dessert wise, we have hit Baskin Robbins, Ritas, and Mcdonalds.  What has gotten into me?  Hubby has been working alot, and who wants to cook a nice gourmet meal, for themselves, and two chicken nuget/frenchfries craving kids?  Well lets see if I can at least get a salad at whatever place we decide to eat at today!

Go ahead, ROLL YOUR EYES AT ME! OMG its one of those weeks where if my kids even raise their voice, a little, just get my attention, I get this…………&hell ip;………. UGH… so we hit Home depot for some security stuff, some new alarm stuff, a new doorbell, and a great emitter hose! Its great for the BUSHES out back, and gets constant water! The puppy has been doing great, no accidents!! YEAH! So tonight we had……….. Their pizza is so freaking good! Then I had themadness begin! Well I freecycle alot of the stuff I dont want, and a women said she would come get them, and never showed up! UGH. Well I am off to snack. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

I had the pleasure of watching 3 people try to open a door today.  All three of the people tried 10 plus times to open a locked door.  1st the man tried to open it, and he pulled, and tugged, and pushed, and turned that knob.  The woman, proceeded to try and kick the door, and the little girl, she tried upteen times to get that door open… guess what????? It had to be unlocked form the inside to open it, FANCY THAT!

  10:04 AM - WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Current mood: pissed off Category: Life   Here is what happened to me this morning!!!!!!!!!!!! My 4 year old decided he wanted MORE stuff from Target, so he proceeded to SHAKE me, and PUSH ME, and yell at me till I woke up! Finally at 6:00am I woke up and put him BACK in HIS room! This didnt last long, as I went in and found his fish, Troy ( named after Highschool Musical character), doing this……….. So I threw the fish back in the bowl, and he is fine! But then I saw my 4 year old, not the fish, doing this! He got into the bbq FRITOS and began screaming! Now he is doing this! Yes playing with my cushions and proceeding to tell me this…………&hell ip;…………&helli p; While he goes potty and tells me he has these…………&hel lip;….. GRANULES!
