We were asked to sit in the garden which just in 2 steps infront. Not only me, i have to say hor. I looked around: those on stage, sitting below the stage, and reporters; all of them either:looking up at the ceiling and down to the floor like there are more interesting to see.admit it (pic)eyes closed-trying to power nap(pic)talking or whispering to one another(pic)Or are we all doing the so-called 'selective hearing' or'one ear in one ear out' thingy. 2007-12-05 15:45:00 yes!!! finished watching the whole series of the turbulent yet tightknit Walker family, i now fully understand what's all the buzzes and raves about. I too urge you guys & dolls to watch it too. The storyline & script (dialogues) are all cleverly written and the relationship between the bros & sis are at times crazy, chaotic but somehow you feel for the family. Kudos to the director and production team for creating the warm feel to the show. It's all about family: relationships, up & downs, finding comfort, and values.However, is it just me, maybe, while watching the show, i cant help but find Kevin Walker (CNN of the family) akaMatthew Rhys (pic)somehow looks like...Julian McMahon (pic) of Nip/tuck Kerr Smith (pic) of Dawson's Creekok ok...u got to watch it to see the similarities...and i can't wait to see Season 2. Previously read reviews about it, heard about it, and tot we give it a try. Well, actually Mag suggested it: try new eatery mah. So me, james, mv, elim and mag went for lunch. I must say the ambience is nice, the decor is lovely and all: gold picture frame that framed the 2 aquariums, lighting, paintings, and sculptures setting the tone for the restaurant. Nice touch. Maybe that's about it. After ordering some mains, I asked the waitress: What?s your bestseller here or which would you recommend us?Waitress: The tandoori platter. I?m no food critic myself but when someone recommended something, I assumed it?s good and wats more, a platter. (happy) tears & laughter all round. Was it a great success or wat? It was!!! Kudos to the organizers who did a marvellous job i must say: from decor to gifts to games to 'apple' tree. We each even did a scrap layout with mama's post about her 'babyme'. Well, as i'm not a scrapper myself, so i did a graphic layout.
