What’s In Your Box?
2008-01-07 16:34:00 Thinking “Out of the Box,” living “out of the box,” getting out of the box - just exactly what do we mean? Actually it means a lot of things and basically refers to those limiting beliefs you hold that keep you from achieving what you want in life. We are taught to “color inside the lines” in many areas of our lives. In othe words, someone else tells us how to act, how to think, what to know and what to believe. The degree to which we accept these directives and retain them in adulthood without examining whether they work for us or not make up the contents of our box. I’m not saying that we don’t need teachers or to learn to follow instructions - I’m just saying that we need to make decisions based upon what we have learned rather than accept every thing without examination. We also need to be discerning about what instructions we follow. (more…) Bookmark to:

Learn to listen to everyone. When you know what is expected from you, thinking outside of the box becomes simpler. 2.           Remember, that thinking outside of the box is a creative process and no one should be (psychological...
Why You’re Not Already Wealthy
2008-01-07 16:15:00 By Tony Rush http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Tony_Rus h  Everyone lives in a box. Your perception of “how things are” is your box. Own a house? It’s in your box. Got kids? They’re in your box. Earning $43,565 at a job you don’t like? That job is in the box. So is the $43,565. Here’s what else: if you believe that hard work is required to be successful…that hard work is in your box, too. If you think that you’re not wealthy because of your lack of education…that lack of wealth is in the box. Along with your lack of a college degree. It’s all in there. Everything you have and accept as “how things are” is in the box. (more…) Bookmark to: More About: Wealthy
