Acer: PC Industry 'Disappointed' with Vista Acer president Gianfranco Lanci today became the first major PC manufacturer to openly attack Microsoft over the Windows Vista operating system. He was quoted in the Financial Times Deutschland.Lanci said the operating system was riddled with problems and gave users and businesses no reason to buy a new PC, according to the report. Taiwan-based Acer is the world's fourth-largest PC manufacturer, after HP, Dell and Lenovo. "The whole industry is disappointed with Windows Vista," Lanci said.Despite the long wait between Windows XP and Vista, the latest operating system still lacks maturity, he said. "Stability is certainly a problem," he said. Users are voting with their feet, Lanci said, so that the Vista launch has had the smallest impact on PC sales of any version of Windows in the history of PC manufacturing. well time heals all, but sometimes we dont want to wait in pain........i would recommend a lot of loud, fast music (NO SAD MUSIC!! ESP ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS!!!) and hangin out with friends and staying busy, while still setting aside some alone time. i would also make sure to always have a carton of icecream in the back of the freezer, just in case. but i would highly recommend keeping a bar of dark chocolate around for those low moments. it actually triggers something in your brain that naturally makes you happier....maybe, hopefully, it will turn out like my broken heart did. one day i woke up after having riskily instant messaging him (after discovering that i had actually used the wrong screen name) and i realized that i had gotten it out, and i didnt love him anymore.good luck. i know it can be rough.
