There are a few that are worth remembering and there are a few as well that you wished you haven't received it. There are funny ones and there are ones that made you go berserk and destroy your whole day. But one call that I won't really forget is a call from an ordinary elderly woman. This really marked my life at the call center industry and I'll take it for the rest of my life.I had her queue at the middle of the shift. I verified her information and everything's fine. But in the middle of our conversation she's already saying some things that somehow did not correspond with the information that I have on my computer. I checked first her account just to make sure that there might be a little bit of error and I probed hard. When something's not really working out, I told her the truth and she pleaded me some of the details-she might have just forgotten that she incurred...

2007-12-16 12:24:00 This is the first time that I?ll be attending a Christmas Party held not by a school but by the company that I?m working at. The Theme is Vegas so we have to dress very nice. I was at the said place last Monday(November 5, 2007) and I really felt a deep sense of gloom and fear that another explosion might happen. That was the time again when I visited that mall after the incident. Just a moment ago, I received a very shocking mail from my cousin showing pictures of the aftermath of Glorietta explosion. I know that a lot of pictures from different angles were already posted on the internet but these things were different-there are people included.......bruised.....unrecognizable ....bloody....motionless...... and lifeless. We went to Tagaytay (at Cafe Lupe, particularly at Starbucks). Goshness to the nth level, I miss them so much!!!! I'm looking forward again to another Tagaytay Christmas!!!!!

I was on a night shift and it was the 29th meaning i'll go home on a 30th and we all know that the month end is a payday so I was so excited to go home. Our trainer told us that we should wait at least 3 or 5 to encash our salary. I'm near SM (santa rosa) and my card is a BDO account so the best way to encash mine is to go there. I waited until 5 to be sure that i'll get my salary. So I was at the mall.... guess what happened?NO ATMs WORKIN....gosh....the lesson there? don't queue for an encashment during a payday. One of the most hurtful things in life is to lose someone that we care about. We might have different scenarios on how our loved ones had departed. It might be caused by natural circumstances, crime, and whatsoever but one thing is for sure, death is a part of life. I had mine to share, my father died when I was almost 3 years old. He had a liver cirrhosis. Almost all of doctors gave up my father's case. With all those circumstances, my mom decided to take my dad home and he died there peacefully. Anxiety will sure creep in especially for losing someone who provides for the needs for the family but my mom is tough and she trusts God so she was able to raise her children well. Sometimes we don't understand why those things happen. But somehow i've learned that God has his perfect plan for each and everyone of us. We have our own time frame here on e... Last Last Wednesday, after the gruelling pay day I was already having a hard time thinking if I could go to Glorietta early to buy some stuff or I'll just go to SM Santa Rosa on Saturday-which was yesterday. My work starts at 1 PM so I was planning to arrive there earlier so I won't be late... I planned to do that on a FRIDAY. Came friday, I didn't prepare enough so the plan of Glorietta shopping was cancelled. In fact, in a few moments I will be late for my work. Fergie's Big Girls Don't Cry in which she wrote together with Toby Gad(huh?) reached the #1 spot on the Billboard hot 100 chart. Fergie was only one of a handful female artists to have 3 songs on their debut album that placed number one on charts just like Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera(actually Christina had 4).I really like this song because Fergie stunned her listeners by sounding different in this song-I mean I thought she would be scruffy but sounding lightly makes her sound more like Christina Aguilera . The song is really full of meaning although it's a bit cheesy.I think she loves the person very much but time would come that she has to move on. It was a time where money is so tight because i don't have a job. I have an interview tomorrow and somehow I need some for transportation. if only i don't need a phone. mine is a motorola L6 phone which I won a couple of months ago. The repair was so expensive because it was a motorola phone and they say that it has a more complicated program-whatever. I got it repaired at a nearby mall.good thing I saw this pic.
