Our New Pet

As promised, here's our mini-project for our little daughter. We'll see how long they'll last :D My daughter enjoys looking at different animals whenever we pass by petshops :) I guess she loves fish most of all, thanks to nemo :)We were supposed to get a pair of pinkish parrot fish (P380 each@Petsborough) but settled for three local goldfish instead. If they'll survive for three months and we'll see if we can afford something more fancy :)

After pre-registering via text, I immediately received confirmation and the following day even received a reminder.We were expected to register around 12-ish lunch as the program will start by 1pm. Soon after, we received paper, kids were supposed to color. Ample crayons were provided, kids were behaved enough to know how to share with others. Buti naman walang makulit, pero maraming malikot including my dani haha :DSome of the adults will comment on my dani being a sociable kid, kakatuwa daw. Others daw kasi tend to shy away to strangers and true enough, my daughter was smiling to everyone who greeted her :DShe immediately posed beside the balloons.Trying to color, knows how to handle her crayons well :DThis is Abbot's Gain Mascot who handed out the lootbags after :)tbc.. we're off to SM, we have a small project for dani.. i'll show it when we get back :)

Friday, I've read from N@W that Kidster will hold an arts and crafts free session at Powerbook Greenbelt. I immediately texted to pre-register for the said event. I've been wanting to bring along Dani to powerbook as I know she'll love it there. Just the thought of browsing countless of kid books with dani makes me more excited for the coming weekend.We left Nova about 930am and arrived pretty early in makati. We tried parking at the new Anson's building across Landmark to make it easy for us to go back to our car after buying groceries later. Anyways, since we had plenty of time, we decided to look at Rustan's if they had a grape alice in dani's size. Sadly, no stock available. Dani did get to try kid stuffs on display heheWe then went to glorietta's playground. Good thing, wala pa masyadong kids.We didn't stay for the program "Totally Spies" and had an early lunch at Food Choices instead. We showed up at Powerbooks by 1230 and there are already some kids and parents inside...

jumper Originally uploaded by daniellaveronica we actually had a pre-valentines date tuesday night as we were able to snag tickets to Jumper movie premiere. i haven't done any further research on the movie afterwards so I really can't say if its worth watching. If you're after the action scenes, then yup you'll have certainly have your fix here. However, in the end, I was looking for something like "bigger than me" theory from the story but maybe there's a sequel for it. My sister and I think it's kind of bitin, baka nga may susunod pa :p that or I wasn't listening well haha I actually thought I my brain froze from the cinema's way too low temperature.It was fun, free movie with free pizza, pwede na! :D* * *Jump to Branson Missouri

Whatever possessed me to have my photo taken on this boring work day? :p Boredom, whatelse!Most of my collegues were out, Minnie and I were messing around with her cam, testing the new 1GB SD Card (P600) she bought for me.Couple of clicks after, I felt a huge relief when I blurted out to her that I have just had a crush. It felt weird having that feeling again, acknowledging it to myself and debating if i should tell someone. We were scheduled to have a meeting with a vendor for testing tool this afternoon. My boss called me, as I forgot cause I was on the phone with Dani, and so I went inside the room. There seated, three gentlemen and decided to seat beside the one on my left. I looked at him and immediately noticed his profile. Wow, ang guwapo! :D No wonder, sya kasi yung account executive :D Para syang anime, kasi mala-japanese ang mga mata nya. At least that's what my Vitamin C Brand says :D I haven't been sick for a while now, so maybe my taking in ascorbic capsules (to which I refer to as "pills" to people who are either pakialamera or chismosa hihi) are contributing to my good health lately.I haven't lost a pound yet, just in case you want to know and my hair has a mind/life of its own but I really do not want to stress much about it. In a few minutes, my hubby's alarm will ring and off we'll go to work again. I'd like to reiterate that I cannot access your blogs from there and even bloglines is blocked. Good thing I was able to export my subscriptions in Google Reader! So yes, I can still read your blogs but cannot comment until I'm back home. Which reminds me, Microsoft is bidding for Yahoo. I have this fear of being seen as a mommy first, as if being one makes me the least interesting person you've met on earth. One can sense my eagerness to answer the question, "How's your baby?". You see, when I was single and I'd get to "chat" with acquaintances who will immediately rave about their child's milestones, chances are I'll be flashing a smile while listening half-heartedly while my mind wonders about something.. err.. more interesting.Exactly, I'm guilty.Kaya nga sometimes I wonder when I'm ask about Dani, if she really wanted to know or is she just striking a conversation. I also know this mommy, who when asked about her child, would instantly talk about him non-stop. And I admire her for it pero it would be nice to talk to her about something other than her child hehe Pero I understand her naman because who doesn't love to talk about their child, diba? My kin came from the province same as Efren "Bata" Reyes. Yeah he's The King of The Hill making him one of the richest athletes (that doesn't go home with black eye bruises) in the Philippines. My dad loves to play billiards but I am just not gifted with the sharp eyes for it. I happen to try online snooker games that was suggested by my sister. So I've finally made up my mind to sidetrip to Macau for our HK Trip and basically here's our schedule: Day 1 - Mar 5, Wed AM - HK Airport to Macau No visa required, just purchase a ferry ticket to macau. Checkin would be after lunch so we'll probably do some touring first. PM - Macau One night at macau, still deciding whether to splurge on hotel or book a dorm room :p I sent an inquiry for august.de and we'll see. If not then we'll most probably go for The Beverly Hotel (P3.5K) just because breakfast is already included. Commercial muna, we already had our year-end performance evaluation and yes, I received a satisfactory rating. My boss told me that I have hmm.. in his words pontential in my presentation skills. Sabi ko, e di magse-sales na lang pala ako haha. Oh well, we've yet to draft our objectives for the year so goodluck ulit sakin :DNow, eh ano nman kung gnun ang rating ko?! It means more money!! This year kasi nagiba sila ng formula for computation of performance bonus, yey! I'd get 100% instead of the usual 60% of 3 months bonus (gross po ito, wish ko lang nett).Ok, yung lang hilo ang lola mo sa compute-compute kung san ia-allocate ang incoming moolah :D~~investing on real estate?
