Thank you everyone for all your comments in my blog. My apologies for not replying.I have been very busy lately and has problem finding time to blog; not even at my food blog. *sob*I'm angry at myself for not able to better manage my time. Sad that my blogs have been neglected (I didn't even have time to do crafts with the kids now *sob*) but Happy I'm still able to squeeze in some time to post this short video of ??. *wink*So how do you express yourself when you are angry, sad or happy?

2 weeks ago I asked ?? for his opinion on hairstyle and he like ?? ask me to perm my hair and since then he has been nagging non-stop for me to go the saloon. He even suggested that he take care of ?? so I can go. Haha ... ?? took leave today so I can go to the saloon.Tada ... my new look ...Erhmm .... not quite what I expected. Not used to it but the rest of them like it and ?? insist of having a hair cut too. She ended up with a hair cut too. Hai...The other not very adorable man said I look 10 years old now, compared to my last look and about time liao. Grr ....

?? started school about 3 weeks ago. By the looks on how she behaves in ??'s school last year, I bet she has been waiting for the day she can go school. She enjoys school a lot. The moment the school door opens, she would dash in without even bidding me farewell. Her teacher who was also ??'s teacher when he attended pre-school there, told me she is doing very well.Anyway, last week ?? came home with a leaflet in her bag. It's a Home Learning Link Project from school which we are suppose to do with our child to help enhance the child's education throught connection of their parents. This is what it was stated in the leaflet. To me, it's homework. *laughs*?? had fun because I used paints for the project and she didn't stop after we finished the project. She continued making a mess and got paints all over her hands and legs. *laughs*

This happened last week while ?? was switching channels ...?? : ??, see that (Slim Spa advertisement on tv)! That's the one I wanted to tell you.?? : Yes, what about that??? : It helps your tummy become smaller.?? : Why? My tummy very big meh??? : Hmm ... wait. I see .... (he then wrap both his arms around my waist and then gently taps on my tummy)?? : Yes, you need. See, your tummy like a drum. So big.?? : Grr ....So very not adorable. LOL

I want a new look! So bored with long straight hair.?? knew it because I kept asking him what hair style is nice. *giggle* He hates it when I ask him that because I can never decide. *laughs* Anyway, he suggested I perm my hair. Hmm...He has taken a day's leave next week so I could go to the saloon and he is paying. *wink* I will decide then what to do with my hair. Ask the professionals - better.I do miss my short hair. I haven't have short hair since I have kids. Short cut is high on maintenance. *laughs** Me on my short hair days *That was me on my last job. Shouldn't be difficult to spot me, eh.

I tell myself ... must not scream at ?? this year. Must talk sense to him. Make him sit down and listen. I failed on the 10th of 2008, I screamed and the whole block where I lived can hear me. Urgh! People must be thinking ... Oh! Must be that mad woman screaming at her kid again.You see, he has now promoted himself to be the Chief of Mischief and recruited his sister to be his subject for mischief. For any mischief, whether dangerous or not, which he know will get him into trouble, he will tell his sister to do it and personally show her how to do. If he get caught before he could finish conducting the act, he will try his best to do it again and will not stop unless someone gets hurt, who is usually his sister. *faint*It's so frustrating I wished to bang my head on the wall. Why are our the little angels over our shoulders always losing to that evil little devils at the other side? *sigh* I will continue trying to talk and not scream at him. Yeah! I'm looking forward to 3 cheques from Nuffnang, Adsense and Advertlets. My first cheque from Adsense and Advertlets. And my second from Nuffnang. Hopefully I will be able to receive all next month.I included Adsense in my blogs from 11 March 2007 and both Nuffnang and Advertlets on 11 May 2007. It's 10 months now for Adsense and 8 months for the other two. How much have I earned from these ads? Who brings me the most pocket money?Here the results ...Nuffnang in first place, with approximately S$250*.Adsense in second place, with approximately US$100*.Advertlets in last place with, approximately RM200*.I don't care what system they are using, cost per click, per unique visitor, blah, blah, blah. At the end of the day, it's how much pocket money I can get from it. Then that works best for my blogs.I guess the one showing me Sing Dollars in the earnings page is still better for me.* round to the nearest dollar.

Almost every family own a computer now, some even have 2 or 3 computers at home. (My FIL has 1 desktop and 2 laptops!) Everyone is so Internet savvy, people hardly send letters and cards anymore. It's emails and ecards now. I don't even have my relatives' addresses, only their email addresses *stick out tongue*But I personally prefers receiving the real thing. At least you get to feel it and keep it. How many of you keep ecards? Huh? *laughs*So I present to you my very first (very beautiful) Christmas Card all the way from Dubai, after years of receiving ecards and it's from a online friend I have never met before!Thank you, June! The card is lovely and you have very nice handwriting too! *wink*

We were having lunch and ?? insisted on having the steamed egg ?? is having. I got her a bowl of steamed egg with some rice in it. I filled her spoon with the eggs and rice and wanted to feed her but she wanted to feed herself...?? : No ... here, here ... *asking me to put down the spoon*?? : Okay, you eat.?? : No. I don't want. *she doesn't want the rice*?? : No, must eat with rice if not ?? feed you. *she quickly pick up the spoon*?? : Turn around, turn around. *asking me to turn around and not look at her*?? : Okay, you must eat ... *and I turned around back facing her but peeking at her*Guess what she was up to?She poured the spoon with the rice to a side of her bowl and scoop up the eggs only to eat. When I turned around a look at her. She looked innocently at me happily eating. *faint*

?? had to go back to work yesterday as they are shifting site office. ?? wanted to follow. Since it was not dangerous, ?? bought him along to work.Later that evening, when we were having snacks, ?? took my last biscuit. I pretended to be sad ...??: I thought you said before when you go to work, you will buy food for me to eat? You didn't buy any food for me and you took my last biscuit. I'm hungry. *pretend to cry*??: Yes! Yes! I will buy!??: You went to work with ??, right? But where is the food? ??: I'm a small worker only. I only helped ?? cross-out the paper (for recycling). They never pay me.??: *LOL* Oh! They didn't pay you? ??: Ya! I do very little things only, so they never pay me. Next time, I go to work, I will buy food for you, okay? Am I a good boy today?

?? had been a VERY good boy yesterday. He tried to be nice and polite all day. No screaming and shouting at ?? and ?? was so happy to play with him. There will lots of running and jumping around. Lots of laughter. They enjoyed each other company.I told him at the end of the day that if he wants to have an enjoyable day everyday he must learn to control his temper. And since ?? is learning from him, if he start shouting and screaming at her, she will do the same to him and he didn't like that.I have to remind him daily and hopefully such behaviour will continue.

?? is toilet-trained. I think.I have tried to make ?? get used to doing her big and small businesses using the potty and the toilet bowl for a while. But she cried each time I wanted her to sit down so I gave up training her. I didn't want to stress her. About 2 weeks ago, I made her diaper-less during the time she was playing at home. The floor was wet for a few times. Lately, the floor had been dried the whole time she was diaper-less. Hopefully, she is able to hold her bladder better then I will bring her out without her wearing diaper.

The other day when we were out, ?? telling me how he would remember the spellings of the words that we taught in school. He emphasised the sound of the first letter of the word before spelling it.All of a sudden, ?? said Air ... Elephant . I was surprised but thought I could be mistaken. So, I test her on a few more letter sounds and she could either say out the alphabet associated with the sound or a word beginning with the sound. And it looks like she knew almost all the sounds of the alphabets. I haven't even taught her phonics!Wow! How, when and where did you learn them, ???!

When we are not fighting

I'm not sure about yours but my kids fight a lot and they fight for all sort of stuff. Basically, because the younger is bossy and holds on to everything and the elder one gets angry over the sightliest thing. The elder one doesn't want to ask or talk nicely to the younger one but the younger one will only share if you ask or talk to her nicely. Haiz!Thank God they don't fight all the time. Of course I have to remind them constantly to be nice to each other. I'm waiting for the day when I don't have to remind them. It will be a long wait. ?? has been telling me about how crabs walk for a long time. I was wondering why is he so interested in how it walk and why he loves imitating it, till his school send us a consent form for our kids to participate and buy their costumes for their Gradation Concert.His classmates and him are putting up an item about sea creatures and he is the crab! So that's the reason why the sudden interest in crabs. LOL Looks like they have been practising for a while. He even showed me how the other sea creatures move. So cute!I can't wait to the their performance. He is already 'acting' so cute without the costume. I wonder how it would be like with all the fishes, seahorses, clams, jellyfish and crabs together. Bet it will be very colourful and adorable. Guess what's the song they will be dancing to? *Wink*

Hope noone is reading this while having their meals ...?? is not toilet trained yet. Sometimes, I'll be successful to get her to sit on the toilet seat or the potty to do her business. Most of the time, she does it in the diaper and run to me to tell me she did it.What I'll do is throw the err ... 'gold' in the toilet bowl and flush it away. But every time, before before I could do it, she would say. "Fish!! Fish!!' pointing to the 'gold' in the water.Ai yo! I want to faint lah! LOL

The other day, I told ?? that someone commented that I should send my Grilled Eggplant in Spoon photograph to DMBLGiT. I told him all those food pictures send looked so professionally done. I feel shy to enter. ?? said what I need is a change of serving plates and a better camera. We have had our Patra plates and bowls since we had our house and the camera, though is a low-end one, is still quite new. Only close to two years old. I thought he was joking when he said we need a change. Look what he got for me?! Bowls and plates in all kind of shapes. Not bad huh, his taste. He also bought me a digital weighing scale which I was too stingy to buy. He even asked me to go camera hunting but I didn't want to spend that money. Maybe I should sharpen my photography skills first.Wah! I take this as your encouragement and appreciation to my cooking, okay? Oh, and your approval to me taking food blogging as a hobby too. ?? has been holding on the railings or the wall to get down the stairs for a very long time. I have encourage her to try getting down without any help but she refuse. Today, she got a piece of cake from Mrs Seah, the Administrator in ??'s school. With her hands full (she was holding a bag with the other), she had no choice but to get down the stair without holding the railing. Guess what? She did it! No problems at all! I could tell she was very pleased with herself too! Well done, Sweetie!

This is an overdue tag from BabyFiona. These are the stuff I constantly complain about ...Why do people rush to use the wide gate (in the MRT) when they can use the normal gate. That's meant for those who need, like those on wheel chair, carry luggage and those like me with a kid and a pram. Oh, or maybe you can't get through the normal gate with your size? *stick out tongue*Stand on the left-side people!!! That's your non-writing hand, unless your are right handed.Why do people rush to take the lift when they can use the escalator (in the MRT stations and Shopping Centers), leaving those who really need it waiting. Hey, I'm not asking you to take the stairs leh.People, move away after you get off the escalator lah. Don't just stand there. And if I crash on to you with my pram, (people are hogging the lift remember?), don't stared at me. I got no other way to go. And lastly, I want to get out of the train.
