Recently, I have been getting a lot of spam mail from people or companies that are ready to solve all my financial problems. Lord only knows what website I visited or on-line form I filled out that was non-financially related that someone sold to these idiots. I don't have any financial problems and if I did need money the last place I would go to get some is to some fly-by-night website. Hey guys, I get my money from the bank! When I want to borrow, I go to a reputable bank to apply for credit. I use cash and only credit for convenience sake. I am not going to click the button or visit your website or give you any of my goddamn personal information. Responding to any of their emails to send this message would only result in even more assinine emails. I have other email addresses and in another one I get spam mail congratulating me on winning some British lottery, soliciting me to act as a money runner, or telling me I can share in a gadzillion dollars left by a dead African prince...

In the past year there have been news reports about certain incidents that have resulted in the death of someone. Afterward their families have been whining and crying and blaming everyone but themselves and the person involved for what happened to them. What comes to mind and prompts this blog is the recent incident at the Phoenix, Arizona airport whereby a Carol Anne Gotbaum, who was late for her connecting flight, was not allowed on the plane, began screaming and running around in the airport, was handcuffed, and later died in police custody. According to reports, she apparently strangled herself in the holding cell with her handcuffs. After her arrest and handcuffing she was placed in the cell where she continued to scream. EA games still sucks big time. Thank goodness for tech geeks that are willing to post their knowledge. As usual I figured out the problem with a little help from the Internet. God I do love the Internet! Any time I'm having a problem with my computer - to the Internet I go. As some of you may know, I was having problems with EA games download manager. I downloaded Sims 2 Pets and Seasons from EA and was suddenly having problems with connecting to the EA games website so I could play The Sims (I still don't like that sh*t). Tech "Support" and I, and I use the term loosely, played footsie with each other until I was ready to hire my own goons to beat me senseless and put me out of my misery. I get really crabby when my trusty old computer is not working. I am addicted to the Internet and consider surfing the one hobby I have not abandoned. EA Games SUCKS Big Time

I have always liked EA games. I am not a big gamer or play on-line games all that much. However, I have been a fan of The Sims and have played nearly every version of it since the beginning, including The Sims On-line, Xbox, and PS. Fortunately, I have always been able to play any version of The Sims from just about any computer I have owned. Including my desktop which is pretty darn old but I keep it updated with downloaded drivers and graphic cards updates from Microsoft. I also added memory because The Sims was starting to play really slow.Recently, I downloaded The Sims2, Seasons and Pets because I wanted to play immediately and was too impatient to wait to get them in the mail and too lazy to go to Best Buy. Well I am so sorry I did. I occasionally download games to play for that one-hour trial period. And when I do, I am playing the game from my desktop although I am sure there is code in there and the game company is probably getting some kind of feedback on my gameplay. Mayb...

I have a wicked sense of humor and if something is funny..well its just damned funny even if it is at my expense. I listen to an afternoon radio show (at work I can only get two channels and unless I want to listen to the same 5 songs all day long...) and every day its the same thing over and over and over...and I don't feel angry or insulted - just weary...its boring.I know if I called in just to say, I'm not even offended...you just make me feel..... tired..I will be disparaged for being too sensitive or too politically correct. The other great thing is you can't learn a new language without learning about the culture of the people who speak it and learning equates to understanding and appreciation. Think about it. Making A Bunny Cake

My son was born around Easter time and for several years I would make him a bunny cake. You'll need a cake mix, icing, coconut flakes, candy pieces (jelly beans, candy string, gum drops), red food coloring, and a large flat cookie sheet.Use any cake mix you want and bake in two round pans. Let them cool so they won't flake or crumble. Take one half and cut two narrow ovals from opposite sides. Those are the ears and the middle piece becomes a bow. Place them on the cookie sheet - bow at the bottom, round head from the second piece, and two bunny ears at the top. Now ice the cake and sprinkle with coconut flakes for fur. Now give your bunny gum drop eyes, candy string whiskers, and a jelly bean dotted tie. Mix some coconut flakes with a little red food color to give your bunny's ears a pink interior. Enjoy!
