2007-12-15 17:06:00 Some time ago I was challenge to do a pastry from South Africa called "Hertz oggies", here is the result...Ingredients:400ml flour5ml baking powder0.5ml salt150ml butter150ml sugar + 30ml sugar2 eggs + 2 eggs250ml coconutapricot jam (a 250ml jar)Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (350°F) - thermostat 5Sieve together flour, baking powder and saltCream the butter and add sugar. Mix until light and creamyAdd 2 eggs to the butter mixture and mix wellAdd little by little the flour mixture to the butter cream. 2007-12-02 12:37:00 Ingredients:3 eggs1 cup of sugar (you can also use the pot of yogurt as measure)1/2 cup of oil (sunflower or peanut)1 yogurt (natural)1 cup of mint syrup 4 cups of flour1 pinch of saltyeast (for pastry)chocolate (cooking chocolate. 2007-11-19 18:40:00 Pour toutes celles qui au bureau ont demandé la recette de la Ratatouille façon "Angela "!Ingredients:- 1 poivron vert- 1 poivron rouge- 2 courgettes (la quantité dépend de la taille)- 1 aubergine (facultatif)- 1 boite tomates concassées- 1 verre vin blanc- 2 verres d'eau- ½ citron- 1 feuille de laurier- 1 oignon- 2 gousses d'ail (dégermées)- Huile d'olive, Sel, Poivre1. Émincez l'oignon et les gousses d'ail et faites revenir dans une cocotte avec la feuille de laurier et de l'huile d'olive jusqu'à ce que l'oignon soit transparent (attention à ne pas laisser bruler l'ail sinon la préparation deviendrait amère et immangeable). 2. Pendant ce temps couper les poivrons, les courgettes (et aubergine) en dés. En ce qui concerne les courgettes, je préfère laisser la peau, par contre l'aubergine doit être pelée!
