Ok, a lot has happened in the recent months thats why I haven't been able to post on here...but slowly everything is falling in to place. I've realized I'm in love with one of my very good friends and thankfully he is still in love with me (even after 11 yrs) Yes I know that's a long time...what can I say I'm a bit slow lol. Unfortunately he recently moved to VA from NY because of work which means I might have to move my badass NY self to VA. I visited VA this past two weekends and I have to say that I was impressed. It is clean and very peaceful there. Great place to start a family. We are 20 minutes away from Washington so the city life is not far. Oh God here I go again, I haven't moved there and I'm already saying "we." I'm Back !

I know it's been a while since I have updated but I'm back now. It's been a rough couple of weeks. Too much family and personal stuff going on. I just got back from a long weekend in the Poconos, cleared my head and am ready to take on the world now. I know what I want and I will not give up until I get it.In the middle of all this I was also studying for my Series 63 and am happy to report I got an 80% (70% is passing) Now all i have left is to take the series 55. I hate tests, ahg.This is a short post just to let everyone know I'm still a live. I will be updating daily again =) yay!

A Marine stationed in Iraq recently received a "Dear John" letter from his girlfriend back home. It read as follows: Dear Ricky,I can no longer continue our relationship. The BLIND DATE!!!This summer I turned a quarter of a century old, yes I'm 25. If you ask my family I'm already old and MUST find a husband by end of 2008. So you can just imagine the lengths they are reaching to find a nice Jewish boy for me to date. Last night I had a blind date with a boy my aunt met at a store where she was buying jewelry from the boys father. I knew before even meeting this guy that we wouldn't click because my aunt told me that HE asked her if she knew any nice Jewish girl to set him up with. I don't know why but that was a red flag for me. I had no choice but to go on the date. The only thing this guy had going for himself was that he sounded smart and drove a nice car. I mean I really felt like my aunt thinks that I would just settle for anyone because hey I'm 25 I must be desperate! Like WTF? really! Just when you think you can't be shocked with all these new things people are inventing...they come up with something that keeps our men in the bathroom even longer. THIS is actually a waste basket that can be sealed with a magazine....translation...your husband will spend extra 15 minutes sitting on the toilet reading his Sports Illustrated. I'm still trying to figure out if this is a good or a bad idea for us women. Guess time will tell. I personally think it would be a really cool Christmas gift for your guy. =)

I found this site and absolutely had to share it with everyone. If you love jell-o shots as much as I do I know you will appreciate it. This site gives you recipes to any and every flavor of jell-o shot you can think of. Ahhh this takes me back to my high school days...good times, good times. I only wish I had found this site back then...well maybe not because knowing me and my friends back then I think we would have gone a bit over board. Do You Smoke ? U Got To Watch This... - My father had two bypass surgeries because he smoked for years. The first one didn't work so he had to go through the pain again the second time around or he would have died. Now I see how he got to that point! If you smoke, you have to know that it's all psychological, if my dad can give it up cold turkey after thirty years because he had no choice, I'm sure you can to. Don't wait until you have no options!!!

I think this is the cutest and the sweetest pictures I have ever seen. It holds a special place in my heart because I'm getting over a break up and my heart needs mending. I don't remember the last time I felt someone going SO out of their way to show me how much they love me. It's as simple as giving one single flower. I know I'll survive the heart ache and find someone who will appreciate me, but why does it have to hurt so much? Maybe because through hurting you grow smarter and stronger? Maybe it's God telling you not to lose site of the good things in life because they can disappear in a blink? I know I have grown a lot from this relationship and I know the next person I'm with will get the very best of me, because I will make sure to learn from my past mistakes and make smarter decisions in the future. If I had to choose which hobby of mine I could make a career out of it would defiantly be art. Painting and drawing has helped me get through some rough times. I don't know how to describe the feeling, it's like the world around me disappears for that short period of time and I feel at peace.
