If you want to be involved in the free gift thingy then go and comment on this post. At the moment I only have 3 people who want things, I need another 2.If you don't want to be involved, you can still comment, just say, 'don't include me' or whatever. Then if you want to be involved, send me an email (my.sleepless.nights@gmail.com) with your address etc and vóila!I'm going through a bit of a phase with the blog. I like a template and then a few days later I no longer like it. Please bear with me while I find one (preferably a 3 column) that will work nicely with my sidebars and my blog. If anyone knows a good template site let me know? I really like this one, but I don't think it works well with advertising.Speaking of advertising, I just signed up for Blogher ads. Hence the reason that I will need a 3 column bloggy thing. I don't want to have to move my full sadebar down to accomodate ads. I am having one of those days. You know, those days where you just don't feel quite right?My ISP after first telling me that I could get broadband, have now told me that I am unable to get it. Something about the transmission and distance etc etc. Every single other provider has told me the same thing. Bastards.So yeah, no fast internet for me. Dawn just wrote the sweetest post. You should go and read it.It got me thinking, do I really have my act together?As a mother, yes. I very much have my act together 90% of the time. That doesn't mean that I don't do things that other people wouldn't do if they were dying, it means that at the end of the day, I am basically happy with the parenting decisions I made.Regardless of how much TV was watched, or what kind of food was eaten, 90% of the time I am happy with my day as a mother.As a housewife (god I hate that word), I don't have my act together. At all. The house is in a constant state of disarray and Nathan would like everyone to know that NONE of the mess is his. Not sure what I want to do now.Google are still being arseholes. Hopefully I can get an email from them soonish, but I am not hopeful. From what I have heard, they do this thing quite alot.I would like to move over to Wordpress , but I am not sure how to go about it. That Bloody Possum

Last night the possum ate an apple...+= A trapped possum, or so you would think......without setting off the trap that the apple was baiting! My little brother, who set the trap for me, had made a few 'modifications' to the trigger, causing the trap to be incapable of triggering.Unless of course we had a possum who was dying to be caught, who rattled the cage like a dramatic prisoner and then went hyperactive all whilst still inside the cage.Silly thing.Now before anyone gets all up in arms about my plan to trap the possum, my trap is just a cage (actually a modified shopping trolley), with a door that triggers shut. It doesn't hurt the possum IN ANY WAY.Well unless the possum is silly enough to leave it's tail in the door. Firstly, let me preface this with Never Ever stick your finger inside of your Toddler 's nappy. Ever. Because the one time you do 'just to check' the nappy will be full of poop. Remember, I warned you.(I also use a capital T when I type Toddler, because I think Toddler should be a proper noun rather than a common one. It describes them better with a capital. Period 11 days overdue - pregnancy test negative. Not very hopeful.Okay before everyone gets all sympathetic, I have a theory about our failure to conceive so far. It is a bit long winded, but bear with me because I would love your opinion.I have put weight back on so I am healthy again, I am eating lots and healthily, we are having lots of regular good sex.But still we fail to fall pregnant.My periods are only sort of regular, 4-6weeks type regular. I have had my periods back since Amy was 8weeks old albeit irregularly for 6mths. I have been mostly regular for 6-7 mths now.I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, this didn't stop me falling pregnant with Amy, but I have noticed that my CFS seems to play up around my period and one doctor I saw suggested that hormones may be playing a big part in my CFS.So when I was 14, I started the pill to help with the CFS (also so I could do naughty things with my then BF, but that is another story). Baby Update:Pregnancy test negative on Monday (I was checking to make sure I could eat camembert and smoked salmon). Period 8 days overdue. Crossing fingers I am having a long cycle and still managed to get pregnant.Sleep Update:Amy has been sleeping okay for the last 3 nights, waking only once or twice and getting up for the day around 7-8am.She has however discovered how to climb out of her bed. Bedtime is now a bit more of a struggle as she thinks that she is good to play upstairs rather than fall asleep.Upstairs is childproof, except last night I left the bathroom door open. BIG mistake. She played in the toilet that hadn't been flushed.Now you might ask me why the toilet was unflushed? I am on tank water and I don't have the water to flush EVERY single time I use the loo. Toddlers + food = parental stress.Nathan + food = Me pulling out my hair.Amy isn't hard to feed. Admittedly she does need a steady stream of food that she only picks at, but she isn't fussy generally. I have given up preparing Amy involved meals, she gets quick and easy food that she can nibble on. This reduces my stress levels lots.Nathan on the other hand is so very hard to feed. He swears that he doesn't like everything, plus he won't try new stuff. I am however, working on this and he will eat lots more stuff than he used to. Half the time I just neglect to tell him what it is.So now, I am training Amy to eat everything her Daddy won't eat. Then I will have a fellow foody in the house and I can use her as an excuse to cook things I adore, but Nat won't eat.Nathan hates eggs. Amy adversly would eat eggs for every meal if I let her. well, i've read other's blog all the time. but because i seldom write myself, i'm not that expert yet to manage mine....may be later in the future, i'll be betterthis weekend was really bad. it's durian season and i really cant resist buying some although i know they are not that good for me. in battling with the fat, i totally surrender. i looved durian. ever since i was a little kid...it's like darah daging you know.so what happen is, i bought about rm 30 worth of durian ( who wouldnt when you have to pass by the durian stall everyday after work? and they have tons of them...) the thing is, everytime i got back from work i have to pass by Greenwood where there's a durian stall at a junction and everyday at about 4.30 pm, about 3 lorries of durian from pahang will unload their durians and people just swarm around the stall. what a scene....and i couldnt resist really. so i got to taste them this season. and saturday morning when i woke up to pray at dawn, there's this huge...

So it's been a week already that I've started school again. I've been so nervous about it and I'm not sure why. Feel like I'm starting a new job at a new place.Well I figured this probably due to the fact that I'm so worried about who's going to take care of the little but soo chubby Muhammad our new baby..I was so worried about it during my holidays. Should it be the Auntie along my street, or a friend across the area where we live? Or the nursery in front of the school?Well, after soo much thought (alone), I came to the conclusion that the nursery is the most appropriate choice:1. because it is very close to the school, only a minute walk. Happy Father’s Day my dear..My memories about us and kids some of them are still fresh on my mind. I remember our sad ones, some funny and also good ones too.When we have Nabilah:Life was difficult. But we were happy. You have to work hard to feed the 3 of us. Switching jobs and things like that, to survive. Remember delivering pizzas? Then washing cars. The other day on our way to Klang to visit Toknek, looking at the high rising buildings and apts, we talked about how they are so mismatching to one another. The paint I mean. Even though they sit next to each other. Recalling the States (Norman and Tulsa, Oklahoma--we misssed these places soooo much) where we used to live for 6 years, we both loved the way they match a neighbourhood according to a certain paint color or design of buildings. Very nice..Ever experience going to a highrise building in this country and when you got into the lift (elevator) you can't find floor number 4? Emm, I've seen this a lot. Why on earth they are freaking out at this poor number ...go figure. Feng shui?
