Tic Tac Toast

I gotta say that I love this litle gadget. It a great way to get kids to eat their toast and make a fun game out of it. What you do is you press it into the bread right before you toast it and voila! You have the grid branded on the toast. It cost about 3 bucks so its a great buy. Now pick who is going to be pb and J and have fun, yum!

Mother's Day Is Almost Here

Could you guys believe that mother?s day is just around the corner? My, how the days and months fly by. But no matter how much may be going on in our very busy lives, we will always make sure that we celebrate one of the most special days of the year and that is Mother's Day. I love it because the weather gets beautiful and I get some great stuff from my family and I can get my mom, grandma and inlaw something as well. They love getting gifts so I have to figure out what can we as a family get them. Every year we always have a great bash for all the moms in our family, its great and we have so much fun, not to mention tons and tons of pictures are taken. Whatever it is this year, I am sure that it will involve 1800Flowers because they have some of the best products, flowers and gifts for that special mother on that special day. They are having an awesome Celebrate Mom For Who She Is Contest". I wonder if that is what we should do, enter our mom in a contest, that would be so great....

Had a Great Workout

Oh man, I had the best work out today since... forever. I have been complaining about the fact that I am gaining a few pounds and I hated it, since the warm weather is almost here! So I decided instead of complaining, start working out. I did for about an hour and felt good, I used to do this everyday? Geez, its so much better to pig out than work out, maybe in a perfect life? Yeah right, I love looking and feeling good, besides, how am I going to run after the kiddos and be out of breathe and shape?

I really think that listing in a free web directory is such a great way to get your site seen by other people than yourself. No matter what the topic your site or blog may be about, it is one of the best ways to advertise it. How else are people going to know that you or your site exist? I have had my sites listed and actually was suprised that I did get traffic from it, so I would advise that if you ever had a chance to sign up, please do. The site that I listed here is also a great directory to list your sites in. Another thing that I enjoy doing is looking for similar sites like mines and enjoy a great read and who knows, you may even learn a thing or two as well. I do not know how other site owners feel about directories, but I would assucme that not to many bad things can be said about getting your site out there and so that people can find you. Many of my blogging buddies as well as friends that I know that own their own sites or forum has submitted to directories at one point...

I can honestly say that one of the professions that I thought about doing was to be a x-ray technician. I was extremely interested in that field, I knew a couple of moms who were a x ray technician and they loved it. This is one of the best fields to be in because it is in demand right now and I have heard from various sources that the pay is good, so it is worth is to be an x ray technician.

Spring Cleaning

So I managed to tackle most of it today. I really got alot done, put some clothes away in the attic and brought down the spring clothes. The kids helped and we made it into a game. Who could clean the fastest! Well good news, I won, of course, but we all had some ice cream afterwards, its was great.

One of the the things that I always have to do since I work from home is mail certain kinds of documents that I don't email. I am always mailing stuff to everyone and everywhere whether it is family members or just for business purposes. That is why some time ago, I decided to get some address labels to make that part of the proces easy, especially the fact that I mostly mail letters to the same places. I tried some other ones and was not too fond of that so I just gave up and did it the old fashion way. The ones that I had were just plain ones until I discovered that vistaprint has so many that I could choose from, thier own templates or upload my own, I love that I could do that. I immediately told friends and family and they loved the idea as well. It really is a great way to personalize your labels. Yes, I love it. We have been taking pictures and going out since the weather have turned so beautifully. The kids are loving it and so is everyone else. Its so funny because you get to see more people in the neighborhood who you have not seen in ages. They all come out when the kids are going after the ice cream truck.

So I was talking to my sister the other day and we were chatting about how our mom does not like going to her doctor to take her shots, no matter what it is for, she loathes it and I have to admit, so do I. I have a thing with needles and I try to avoid it when I can but if its important, how can I? I am really busy person, but I thought that I would take time out of my hectic lifestyle to really share with you, what it is like to be me. I had a hit series on a cable network and that really jump started my career, I mean I have acted before but this show with the other ladies really took off, so ever since, we have been busy with other projects. As many of you know by now, the show has ended some time agobut the movie will be out in theaters real soon, cant wait to see what you guys think. Have you guys tried my new perfume yet? Its heavenly. Some may call me a fshion icon because of all the outfits that I have worn during the series, some crazy and some really cute. I thought to day was going to be sunny and just overall good. Only because I watched the weather channel and they said that, well it was just cloudy and cold all day, ugh. I was upset, oh well. Its supposed to be like almost summer this week with warm weather, yeah!!

There is one thing that will never go away and that is pure gold. Remeber how it was long agao in ancient times? I remember reading about how the man with the most gold would alwyas have riches and power, much to how it is now. There was always a fascination with gold because of the gold price. As time goes by, there will always be a demand for them and I truly beleive that they are a great investment for anyone who is interested in long time wealth and maybe even some power. I really, seriously do, I have been having trouble sleeping on the bed, I think we need a memory foam mattress because from the sound of it, it looks so comfy and I could sleep for hours on those things! I am going to try and convince dh to get one for our bedroom, we surely need one and soon.

The gals and I finally had time to catch up on stuff, but we somehow ended up talking about mommy stuff, lol. How is that? The whole point was to have a girls day, used to be night but then we could not get someone to watch the kids or the timing was just wrong for most of us, but sundays are good. So we went to eat, we split a pizzaNo way was I eating something like that by myself, not with the hot weather around the corner! But of course I did indulge in this pastry, it was so delish!
