I have a couple of ideas of what I want to get Dh for Fathers day. I already am eyeing something I know he will love but I am not sure if thats enough you know? I dont want to get him something like a gold chain, although thats not too bad an idea for a gift for any occasion. I should make a list and really think this through, I know he will like whatever I get but I want it to be special, geez each year I do set the bar dont I? lol.

Getting A Good Nights Sleep

I am sure like many of you, if I do not get a good nights sleep, that really affects my mood through out the day. But what can we do about it? I was looking at some white noise machines and realized that is what we need! I did speak to a friend about it and she is familiar with it, she said its the best thing ever and she did not know what she did before it. I need to get back to eating healthy again, all we did was pig out this weekend, not too bad, but I think I did more damage than good and you guys know just how I feel about gaining any kind of weight. Working from home and food

One of the things thats tough, at least for me is being home all day with food! Its bad enough that my friends and I go out and have our little dinners and outings with foods that are sometimes healthy and sometimes not. Ugh, its so hard to not past the fridge and peek in. Not to mention while I am working online, I could easily munch away without portion control, yikes. I keep a huge gallon of water next to me and just drink away when I am feeling hungry, it helps most of the time. It is so easy to pack on the pounds because I am home all the time, so to avoid getting fat and out of shape, I am always working out when I have the chance. DH says that because we work out we could eat whatever we want, oh please!
