14 Down 28 To Go
2008-01-21 23:39:00 I have lost a total of 14 pounds (that’s a stone in British money :) so far and I am quite pleased with myself, the only thing is my wife’s birthday is in February which means a few days of naughty food but hey if I lose a total of 42 pounds (3 stone) by the middle of this year and keep it off for the rest of the year I will be happy.

My Lazy Day
