Just put the salmon in the oven for 30 minutes and then microwave the vegetables for a few minutes. It's not cheap though. £1.10 for one if I remember correctly. They have on offer a dozen for £8.99....I think, but we can't finish so much. Luckily I only bought 4. It taste alright but can be a bit sickly! Too sweet!

So it has been a white elephant in the house. We bought it for about £1k plus and we managed to auction it off for about nearly £800. We shared a mix platter which was cheese nachos, onion rings, garlic bread, breaded mushrooms and chicken nuggets. They had steak with mashed potato and salad. They said it was good. I had roast chicken dinner with Yorkshire pudding, parsnip, potatoes, fries and peas. It was alright.Ian had his usual, chicken nuggets with beans and fries. It seems to be suitable for Ian's room as his room has a funny alcove so, it would be perfect if they can design his room so that the space is fully used.
