I bought ?? a Clipboard yesterday on our way to the market. When he returned home, he said he is now Mr Bentley ?s Assist ant and when on behaving like Mr Bentley.He said he would take a break from being Warren the builder for a day. He then walked around the house with his clipboard looking at stuff then said ?checked?. He will asked me, Is your cooking done? Yes? Good! Checked!That?s the influence of television program! So be careful what programs you let your children watch.

I bought Pepperoni and Mozzarella Cheese from Cold Storage last week when I visited my parents.Yesterday, I let ?? had his hand on making his own Pepperoni, Ham and Mozzarella Cheese Toast. It?s quite simple and he had fun with it. ?? never like cheese with bread but he could finish the whole slice. He said he would like to make and eat the toast again today.

Reuse, Reduce, Recycle

My block has a recycle chute, which is just next to the usual rubbish chute. It is finally in operation on 6 December, after months of very noisy works. It?s so convenient now! I don?t have to collect all the recyclables at home and wait for the collection center staff to come every 2 or 3 weeks.I found out that we are the ONLY block in Singapore to have this recycle chute. If I did hear correctly, for the region too! It?s a pioneer project. Just like the rubbish chute we have in the estate. It?s a pioneer project too. The refuse truck doesn?t come to collect the waste. It?s being sucked out to somewhere else. Good huh? No foul smell.?? asked me about the recycle chute and I told him, we must help protect the environment by throwing recyclables in that chute. Guess what he said? ?Oh! I know already! Reuse, Redu ce , Recycle ! Bob (the builder) taught me already!?

This morning when I carried ?? out of her playpen, I presumed that she would just walked out to go the playroom. She didn?t. Instead, she walked to the fan, pressed on the off button, and then walked out!If she wants to go out, she would get her shoes and pass it to me. Then, she would lift up her leg asking me to put on shoes for her. She will also try to remove her shoes when we get home but she only managed to unfasten the Velcro. I bet the next thing she will learn to do, is kick her shoes out! That?s what ?? did when he was a toddler.?? is learning all the routines!

(?? & ?? raised eye-brows)We went ahead to explain briefly how the birds and the aeroplane can fly.Sometime later, we were back in the discussion of dragons ...?? : Can dragons fly??? : Some can, some cannot.?? & ?? : Huh??? : Chinese dragons cannot fly, they don't have wings. Who's going to cook for me?

I have been nose bleeding on-off for quite awhile. I still remember the 1st time it happened was I was angry with ?? but I didn't want to flare out. I just contained my angry and before I knew it, blood was dripping out of my right nostril. Eeeee ... From then on, it will happen whether I'm angry or not. Scary right?Anyway, it happened yesterday and today again. This time ?? saw it too. It just happened I was angry with him when I caught him using a bolster to hit ?? out of fun and she almost fell.?? : You see. Every time you don't listen and make me angry this will happen. What happens if I die one day out of anger??? : If you die, then who's going to cook for me?!Sigh! See lah! All he cares if who's going to cook for him. Poor me. So sad!After some time, my nose bled again and he saw it,'I didn't make you angry now, why still got blood coming out?'Of course he apologised for being naughty and was forgiven. Personal toy

I sew ?? a toy when she was a baby and was disappointed that she didn't like. But recently I don't know why she suddenly went to look for it and would carry it with her everywhere. Sometimes, when I push her in the pram, I could hear her counting the buttons on the cube. Hopefully, I will be able to keep this toy when she out-grew it as a memento.

We, ????? and me, would sit in 3 different area in a form of a triangle and ?? will run to each of us shouting hugggggg. Sometimes, she ran so fast, we had to fall back in case she get hurt 'banging' onto us. She is not the only one enjoying this, we all are!

Desperate House 3 is returning on 5 March on every Mondays! I missed the whole of season 2 because ?? was still a baby then and was forever asking for milk and ?? was also forever asking me to accompany him to sleep (because I'm always with ?? most of the time). Hopefully, I'll get to watch it this time.I remembered in the last episode of season 2, Mike was being ran over by a car. So what happened next. Read here if you must! Although ?? can read words but she still baby talks a lot. If not, it's only a single word followed by baby talks.I've been waiting for her to speak the proper language. The best she can do now is probably 2 words type, 'Don't want' and 'See you' and the only 3 words, 'I love you' *grin*Today, Mrs Seah, ??'s school administrator gave ?? a cupcake. I asked her, 'Is the cake is nice?' and she told me 'Nice cake'. That's new! Hopefully, I'll get to heard more from her soon.

Chinese New Year visitings with the kids

I didn't manage to finish all my cleaning before Chinese New Year . But at least the place is clean and neat enough to receive visitors. My younger sister came yesterday afternoon with her boyfriend and ??'s mahjong kakis came over for their annual mahjong session (currently still in battle as I type!!) hahaha ... I'm expecting my classmates this coming Saturday for a gathering at my place. So I got to maintain current condition of the house *bleh*Anyway, we were out visiting for the past 2 days. It was really tiring for all of us. Travelling from one place to another with 2 active kids! Phew! I'm just glad we didn't have that much relatives to visit. So, we can finally rest today. My only regret is I'm not able to take photographs of the kids with the grandparents because the kids, especially ??? were always running about. Sigh! Even taking a family portrait is difficult. Two weeks ago while shopping in Takashimaya, a promoter gave me a sample of Kenzo's latest creation, Amour. Loved it. So difficult to eat meh?

Meal time for ?? is hair pulling time for me. He takes a long time to eat and most of the time he can't finish it. Some times I wonder if I have given him too much to eat but how can he be eating the portion ?? is eating? Some times, ?? even eats more than him.Recently, I made up my mind to try making his meals interesting (was inspired by the bentos Japanese mummies made). Yes, more time is spent to prepare the food. But you know what? The effort paid off. I had made bento inspired meals for ?? a few times now and he finished all each time. He still takes a longer time (compared to ??) to finish it but at least I don't have to nag at him to eat. It also helps to make him eats vegetables.So having interesting looking food does help to improve appetite? Let's just hope this will last.
