Yesterday night, I asked him sincerely that since I am going home already, I would like for him to spend some time with us and not go out and drink. He agreed. Last night, when I was doing some email sorting I become aware that he was not yet at bed. So, I went down and looked for him. I searched the cold and dark street of ours just to look for him. I couldn?t find him. One of our neighbors probably saw me and told my husband. So, he got home and told me why it was a big deal for me. I said to him, you made a promise. So, he lay down and asked for everybody to sleep since I was insisting for family company. Yesterday, I was not able to get hold of my computer to do online works because my PLDT dsl connection was down until 2:00am early dawn today. And guess what, around 2:00pm this afternoon, I was not able to access again because of a brown-out!!Gesh...I felt they wanted me to stop doing online activities lately. HEHEHE... Yesterday, around 9:00am in the morning, my PLDT dsl connection was having problems. Even my SMART mobile has no network (PLDT and SMART are one now). So, I thought it would just last a few hours or so but it didn?t. It lasted until 2:30am the next day. HEHEHE!!Guess what! I have dozens upon dozens of emails and messages. Well, think about being offline for a few days once I transferred to Cagayan. It was nice though. I felt that many people would surely miss me when I am not around but many would probably hate me for delayed replies (if they are not aware of my situation of course ? LOL!!)Anyway, I am leaving this coming JUNE 3, 2008 for Cagayan de Oro. I will be offline for a very long time and leaving a message at my CBOX is not a good idea. Mommy Janet was wondering if I would submit my own entry for this weeks theme (favorite food) for PMC's Weekly Fest. Since its not required that you are the once who cooked it, all that matter is that it's your favorite food.My all-time favorite food is KINILAW. A tasty raw fish dish from the Philippines.Ingredients:- 1 kilo tuna- 1/2 cup vinegar- 1 medium onion- 1 medium cucumber- Pinch of salt- 1 medium ginger- 5 pieces lemon- 2 pieces hot chili- 2 medium tomatoesProcedure:1. First, you have to clean the fish and cut it into cubes2. Put it into the bowl3. Pour the vinegar4. Once, I told hubby to buy groceries because of my back pains. Well, it was good he said yes. Well, remember my last post that my previous company is somehow informed me that they are processing my separation pay within this week? Oh..it really made me very happy not until today. The HR personnel told me that my clearances have been processed and she is not sure that I am going to receive anything because the Finance Department noted that I have around Php 54,000.oo worth of accountabilities!! I was really shocked! I mean, yes, I do have unpaid cash advances but not that big! I asked them for a breakdown and she didn't replied. I ask her if there are chances that I am going to receive anything, still got no reply. Now, I am in terrible pain. Aside from my back pains, my wallet hurts already!!
