The US has issued the latest in a series of warnings to Iran, telling Tehran to stop helping Iraqi militants make lethal bombs to attack US troops. Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns said US forces had detained several Iranians suspected of providing weapons technology to Shia insurgents. They in fact have only caught 5 so is this down to Iran’s government or is it more likely that some Iranians dislike the fact that their neighbours have been invaded and have gone to help the Iraqi freedom fighters, the same as the British helped the French in WWII.I would have thought that the more the US makes warnings and threats to Iran the more Iranians will worry about their own country being invaded and the more likely they are to think we have to go to Iraq and damage them as much as we can before they come across the border.Why do America never stop and think if this happened to them if they got invaded would we not fight for freedom or would they wave flags in the street as they tho...

Sata Hard drive Problems

I have been using Sata hard drives for about the last 3 years and at first I was very impressed the whole speed of my PC improved. I first used them as one as in them days I used to do a lot of gaming so wanted the speed, but as I started using my PC for business I decided to go for safety so set it up as a mirror great I thought one always makes a mirror image of the other.All was fine for 18 months then disaster they failed both on the same day with in a few hours lost everything, I have since had 2 more fail on me and today a 5th that’s 5 hard drives in 3years not good.When I was living in England I did get 18 months out of them but now I am in The Philippines they just don’t last at all, maybe it’s the electric here it is up and down all the time I sit here many times and the lights dim and the fan slows what the hell good is that doing my PC or anyone’s in this country and then of cause anyone that has been here are the constant power cuts.So Meralco that’s the power ...

Last week we had a email from a person that was unable to pay in the normal way we take payment on our site B.G Stores. Well we get plenty of these and normally it is from scammers saying they will pay via western union and we will get a email from western union stating they have the money on hold, well western union don’t work that way.Anyway we replied with the normal response and told them we were happy to deal this way but nothing would be sent until we had the money in our hands.To my shock the next day they asked for the details were to send it.The following day a email with the details how to collect the money this is where the Jobs Wort h comes in.We go to the bank to get the money as always take more than enough ID when I do anything like this it was made out to my wife’s name as she has more IDs than me.So we showed the IDs required by MoneyGram but this was not good enough for Mr Jobs worth behind the counter he said he required postal ID which my wife has but to our o...

It has just been announced that internet services to the Philippines will not be back to normal until Feb 21st this will be nearly 2 months.The Philippines National Telecommunications Commission has asked everyone that has no or slow connections to report it to them www.ntc.gov.ph/ so they can make the companies involved charge you a lower rate. Now don't get me wrong I am not saying PLDT are a good Internet provider. they are not and a long way away from being one I have been forced to do things I should not to get good service.So how did I manage it after 9 months of them saying I could not have DSL I would have to have Smart Bro which after reading such bad about it on blogs and forums and how they still bill people for 2 years even if it don't work I told them to stick Smart Bro where the sun don't shine, Lets face it what the hell they doing using a service that was only meant to be for mobile use and supplying it for home and even business use.
