When the shared computer is being used, which happens often, you are left totally helpless.Another big problem is that you cannot leave your work area to in search of a quieter place when you are actually facing bombardment every now and then. You may not be a professor but there is always something extra you know or do not know – they will just ask you questions.However, the problem with some organisations is that they are too disorganised and things can never get done fast. Volleyball after Reservist
2008-02-24 21:22:00 After missing two sessions of volleyball game, I finally got to get back to the court again. I was, however, hesitating to leave the house; there were too many things to do and I was just too tired.Sleepiness took control over me and I felt doped. This evening, there were another team who came over. Without properly warm-up, I started into the game and was caught in embarrass situation where I lost points during spiking. After the first game, Mingfa mentioned about Edison Chen and until then I realised Shengli was among the team; that described how sleepy I was. Like usual, when there were too many people, I would play as libero even when I was ready to float in the air and itch for more spiking. The game ended late. Second Time to Changi Airport Terminal 3

The first time was together with Weitat, Mingfa and Mingli when they knew I had not been there since the official opening during January. We had Popeye and it was quite a great night after shopping at Chinatown during the Chinese New Year period.Two days ago, I made my lonely trip down to the Terminal 3 by train after work. I dragged on my feet in my exhaustion upon the returning from reservist a day before. I had Popeye again. Departure was usually an unbearable session. I had far worse experience than that. 2008-02-23 21:36:00 I hate the fact that weekends always end so soon. Every Friday evening is almost wasted for the exhaustion, but I would struggle till the next morning still. I always start off Saturdays in the afternoon, but the tiredness drag me down on my work. During evening, it is time for volleyball and then I would reach home the next morning after having dinner. As I continue to struggle through the early morning with my work, I begin the next day late again, and it is not long before the new week begins.Time has proven me that I can never win the race, at least not for now. 51 to 05, Do You Still Want Your Ferrari?
2008-02-21 15:13:00 For the past few days, it was not even half as relaxing as what I had expected. The mental stress was a torment. I was one of the most “unluckiest” ones because most of them basically did not need to do anything.I slept at almost any time of the day but not for longer than a few minutes. It was a tough job manning the radio. Given time to rest properly, though at uncomfortable position, my insomnia played with me and the mosquitoes tried to molest me. I was so unprepared because I was told that I would probably be in the air conditioner room.Anyway, it was a good experience. Though I was not briefed of what I was doing and practically I still could not figure out the entire exercise, it was interesting at times. The jokes in the seriousness filled the boringness at times.Again, what I had benefited most was to be able to make more new friends – Hin Fatt, Adrian and Benjamin. A pity for it was not a weekday and I could not get to see other officers.I did not expect to have to stay in but the fact is that there is outfield the next week. My Valentine’s Day Celebration
2008-02-15 16:51:00 It was a long day and I ended work at my “brother’s side” of the office. They talked all day long about work but I still managed to catch some jokes. At 7pm, I went down to the hall but most of them had not arrived. It was not long before I started to feel fatigue. When Weitat told me to get changed to join him in warming up, I dozed off instead.The rest of them arrived at as late as 8pm and thus, I did not sleep for long before getting up. Feeling exhausted, I could not really play good volleyball. The worst thing was that I had forgotten to trim my fingernails and the fear of accidents broke my momentum.Mingfa’s students did not play well and thus, he sent them off before the last game. The remaining eight of us had fun playing four on four and I managed to get back some touches. Lunar Chinese New Year 2008

I was quite sick of the steamboat for it happened more than just once each year, and every time I had to feast on it for numerous continuous days.My plan to comb down the pasar malam at Chinatown for cheap goodies was killed once again. It was quite stupid to go down early and thus I did not join my family members earlier. I went down at 3am but unfortunately, met them at the junction. Both my brothers wanted to go home but my mum decided to tag on to me.I did not have much time and I would not want to waste any. Mike paid around two hundred bucks for me to attend it with him.I tried to go home as early as possible on Friday night but could only doze off for three hours. The heavy rain after daylight was a huge turn-off and I got my shoes and socks wet.The seminar was at Riverfront hotel and I was surprised with the overwhelming response from so many people. I estimated there were around three hundreds participants, inclusive of a few young children.People were puzzled over why they wanted to conduct such seminar to teach people how to make money and somehow I got the answer. Volleyball till Late Hour? No fear!
2007-10-25 21:08:00 It’s all thanks to Ruoci that I’m able to stay out late with my volleyball gang. The main problem is money especially with midnight transportation.We play volleyball till late hours on Tuesday and Thursday nights, and despite I’m in a state of no incoming coming in anymore, I always lose out to hungers. If I don’t join the gang to dine together, I would have to go on instant noodle at home and having to starve longer on the way. The logic to why Ruoci has helped me is because since she stays much further away from Clementi, Wilson will be sending her home after dropping by my house and it makes me feel less guilty. In other words, let’s just assume Ruoci is a chiobu and Wilson has to send her home no matter what; and thus, it’s not my fault at all to make Wilson drive all the way from west to the east and back to west again.Hence, the problem to midnight charge cab fare is solved since it’s avoided with the availability of free transport.
