I suppose the two main factors are – I slept for less than two hours the day before and I managed to doze off before the air-conditioner “warmed-up”.We had a late beach outing yesterday and Guoxiong was supposed to meet me up for some serious discussion about the forum, and he was late for more than two hours. He came with Yali and his dog who was as strong as my ex dog - Jack. Our discussion was cut off half when Mingfa asked me to join in the game and in fact I had already typed out the few discussed points days ago.I finally got to enjoy the “privilege” of a dog owner at the beach; while I was taking care of Guoxiong’s dog, girls were closer. I didn’t bring Jack along to the beach last time due to transportation problem. Whenever she’s in the living room or even kitchen, she will switch on the television set to distract me from my work; and basically she doesn’t even know what the show or programme is about.Seriously, working at home is absolutely okay except that you need to have a really clean and personal corner. A month later, on this early morning after I tried to sleep too early at 12+am and woke up at around 3am, I couldn’t get back to sleep, and decided to fulfill my dream no matter what.Probably it was due to the air conditioner problem. I could stand cold but not for a long period of time and usually when I went to bed late, I wouldn’t have much of suffer to bear. My family loved to abuse the air-conditioners no matter how poor we were and often I still had to listen to my mum’s grumbling about lack of money when she didn’t even try to cut down on cost.I held on to 5am before I started packing up to leave half an hour later. It took me some sweat to finally meet up with Irwin.We had breakfast at MacDonald’s and proceeded to Telok Blangah Drive to chat. As it was pouring upon reaching the bus-stop, we sat there to chill up and the oncoming buses put in dizziness each time they braked. To my surprise, it was around 6pm already.I went back to the computer right away to see disappointment that there was problem with the FTP file transfer which I left it to work before I went off.I was busy with the beach volleyball website (http://beachvolleyball.sg), trying to integrate the forum with the gallery properly. I went through the help forum to seek for the solution and finally there was progress but I had to wait for the FTP transfer for further action.Suddenly, I realised there was volleyball game and luckily it was at 8pm instead of 7pm. My lunch was on the table and luckily it was still edible.I could feel my head spinning at the start of the game. Fourth Filming
2007-10-10 04:25:00 I did filming for the fourth time yesterday. The show was “Tian Tang Niao”. I got to know Tommy who got to click well with me. We acted together with Huang Shinan and Hongrong, who were very professional. All the staffs including the producer were very nice people.Huang Shinan was the friendliest actor so far whom I had met throughout my trip there for he greeted us politely, unlike others who were cold. 2007-10-09 10:21:00 Gilbert recommended me to get A4Tech mouse. I checked the internet and saw that all the new series had an extra button on the left click button beside the wheel. It was for the purpose of “no more double click”, so that you could open a file with a single click. That was really creative but it reminded me of my Logitech mouse.I don’t really need the button since double clicking has been a habit but it seems that I can’t kick the new feature away. It appears randomly on my Logitech mouse and I have been slowed down by it for more than two weeks already.Imagine when you are dragging a file to another folder halfway, the file drops and soon you realise you are opening another file which your mouse pointer is at. Sometimes when I close a file, the file or folder behind will be closed as well. Highlighting texts is a major issue as well. Belated Farewell Dinner

I was very disappointed that both Siewming and Liza didn’t join us, especially Liza, for she had tasted much nuisance from a few of the assholes.I was given a card, an umbrella, a tube of sunblock lotion and a blue towel; these people were so sweet and cute to come up with the ideas as they thought my current umbrella was lousy and that I frequented the beach often. However, they didn’t realise that I would probably be unbearable to use the new and pretty items.I heard there were quite a number of changes, which could be considered as improvements but I was thinking if some people were doing kind just for the sake of gaining popularity. 2007-10-05 23:16:00 I was so amazed by the server management company who took more than twenty-four hours to reformat and install the server. For the past few days ever since the big chaos was created, I had been fighting against the downtime of the FTP. For a couple of times, I even woke up by the thought of the server would be ready.I have somehow lost trust in IT companies due to their efficiency. I believe the entire market in the world is like a disgusting company which I have worked in, that manpower shortage has somehow been delaying the delivery of work for clients.Some companies are considered well-established but they may not provide the results.I have been really hardworking for the past few days and persisted to work on PHP. The server has also been determined to slow down my work by not letting me log in.Luckily, I’m not the one paying for the server and the management. It will probably take two hours and after which, we have to transfer all files back to the server, including the databases.
