Again, my question was, "Do you Blog ?". Do you enjoy blogging? Are you blogging for free? PR Smoked!

What's happening with the PR? I checked into PPP last night to see only 3 offers and after checking with the "my blogs" tab, I found both of my blogs registered with them have dropped from PR3 to PR2 and the one with PR2 has dropped to PR1. What the #@## is going on. I then checked with the PRchecker website that I normally use and found that my PR has indeed dropped. I went on to check some other sites that I know of and lo and behold, theirs have dropped too.. So now, I'm thinking maybe it's a glitch but till now..my blogs status has not changed it's status quo.Oh well.. I guess I just have to do the best I can with whatever I have and stay happy always.. I was over at our regular coffee shop yesterday and I saw a sign that says:ShopLot Apartment for SaleRM57,000 onlyPlease call handphone number....I went like "What?" That amount for an apartment in KL is ridiculous. No one in their right frame of mind will let go of an apartment for that cheap an amount. Out of curiosity, I called anyway and Mr Chong, the realtor told me over the phone that the price is still negotiable. The owner wanted to put in a deposit for a new house and needed to get the money fast. The apartment is located in KL and is really going very cheap and I am tempted to get hubby to see it as well. After all, we can always rent it out and the rental can be used to pay the bank's monthly repayment right?Real estate nowadays are really so expensive everywhere. Whether it's real estate in Singapore, Malaysia or even Real Estate in Maryland it's really a challenge to find a home that would suit your budget and your criterias. And that is why we are still looking..:-)

When I was over at my friend's house during the Hari Raya's open house last week, his mom introduced us to yet another multilevel marketing program that, according to her, is making members millionaires easily. The company has been around for about five years and is making headlines in Indonesia, Singapore and yes, Malaysia. Honestly, I grow weary of MLM programs and was not at all impressed with the business plan but I was intrigued by the products though and so I relented. I am now officially a member of the club (so I would probably be a millionaire next year..lolz) and off to make my first purchase later today.Hmm... what have I gotten myself into??

I'm an avid fan of Shareapic dot net and uses the site to host most of my pictures, so I was quite concern when most of the thumbnails on my blogs disappear leaving just words with no pictures. So today I tried to go to their website and got a Plesk error page like the one shown below and I thought, oh dear.. all my images and money gone??Instead of becoming stressed out about it, I did a Google search. Who know they might have changed domain and forgot to tell us members..lolz. My blog just got approved today by another paid to blog program called Payu2Blog dot com. I have been eyeing this program for so long and have submitted my blog before the page rank update once. Unfortunately they were rejected as expected. However, after the page rank update, I tried my luck again. Whaddaya know, my PR4 blog was accepted. According to a friend of mine, Payu2Blog program has been very good to her so I am looking forward to earning with them as well.

I am a type of person that keeps track of all my spending, offline or online. So much so, that at the end of every month, I know exactly how much I spend on utility bills, food, clothing, pet supplies and even hubby's cigarettes. I do this monthly so that I don't overspend and still have cash to set aside repayments for loans, house mortgage and credit cards bills. Christmas, is for me, always a good reminder that the end of the year is coming and a new budget needs to be drawn up soon. This has always been a good exercise for me and hubby so that we have savings for those rainy days.

Although I believe that money can't buy you happiness, I also believe life gets easier when you have money to buy the things that you want and of course the things that you need. So, actually it goes hand in hand, don't you think?When you don't have money, a lot of things can go wrong. In a marriage for example, financial issues can be a major factor of disagreement and can eventually cause that sacred institution down the path of unwanted divorce. This is where marriage counseling comes in. It tries to put into perspective what is important and what is not. It could also help the couple to work through stressful situation and propose solutions to the problem at hand.Undeniably, money is important, but it should not be a deciding factor whether or not you end your marriage.

I am so tired today. The sleepover at hubby's office was alright but very uncomfortable. The comforter and carpet lining helped but still it was not my comfy bed and I missed my bolster!...Drats the water supply. There was no supply till late in the evening. We arrived home and after checking there was no water supply, we went straight back to the office. I was hoping I could get some sleep..So now I am very sleepy already and it is still VERY early by my standard.. but I can't think anymore so goodnight PPP... I'll check in with you tomorrow ya :-)

I use to have an ambition that my mom was totally against. I wanted to be an air stewardess and see the world for free. Of course at a tender age of nine, I wanted to be a lot of things as well. I wanted to be a teacher, a lawyer, a dentist and even a nurse. The last one nearly became true after I finished my "A" levels exams and did not quite managed to make it to university. At that time information regarding nursing courses are minimal and there were not many institution that offers such courses. If there was then, a school anything like Hondros Nursing School which offers courses like RN Nursing Degree, I would probably be a qualified nurse now and who knows might even be working in a hospital somewhere in KL where nurses and not personal assistants are in demand. No Water No Talk

Water issues sucks in condominium. At least mine does. Firstly we, condo dwellers, are charge RM1.85 per cubic meter when others are being charge only about half of that. You know I pay like RM40.00 a month for my water bill while my FIL only pays like RM25.00. Mind you, our apartment is like 1/4 of what FIL's house is. He waters his plants daily, four grown adults living there, daily cooking and daily laundry. We only have 2 adults, once a week laundry, the occasional cooking and no plants to water!So, I ask you. Is it fair? Don't mind me though, I'm just grouchy coz I had to sleep at hubby's office because despite paying a bomb for the water supply at home, yesterday there was no supply at ALL!.. and today.. still no water! Arghghghghgh..Honey darling.. we got to move!

As much as I dislike direct selling programs, sometimes they do have their advantages. I mean there are so many here in Malaysia and only currently in Singapore that you can't help but be exposed to them and get a little bit influenced with the products that they carry.I've been a member of a program in Malaysia for the longest time and I've always loved their products. Although I don't push their products to friends or relatives or try and recruit everyone under the sun, I must admit their products really works for me and whoever who uses them. For example a friend of mine is always complaining how she has to soak and re-soak her son's school uniform for a long time before the stains around the collar as well as other stains that her son picked up along the way will go off. Halloween is fast approaching and before you know it, Christmas is upon us. I was reading a fellow blogger post on goggling your name or id and decided to see what comes on when I type "LadyJava" on google. What do you know? The first two finds are my site, the third one belonged to some ladyjava dot net (not me folks and yes there is someone out there using the same nick.. perhaps I should trademark this name? lolz), and the rest of the find on the first page was either my other pages or refer to me at some other sites. Really cool..Now, if only this site comes on the first page on google using the keywords "Make Money Online" I'll be famous ;-)

My New Home Office Furniture

Ever since I've seen a photo of Marzie's home office, I've been envious. She has such beautiful home-office furniture that looks so inviting to work in that I set about to do something nice for my own and started looking for some nice furniture as well.Just check out this beauty from Furniture fromhome dot com. It's made off select hardwood and veneers and made up of a left and right modular set with another one that has a hutch top. I simply love it. All that storage space and it even comes with a laptop drawer with internet port and electrical outlet! The unit comes in modulars so if it's too expensive as a whole set, I can probably choose the best setup for me and cut down on the cost.Since I was at the site, I also went a wandering and saw some nice selections of some bedroom furniture as well and in case I was looking for some bar stool or backless bar stool to be specific, I know where I can get some now :-)

How did the PR3 ranking changed my life? It made the day wonderful...heheh.. I mean I had a wonderful day today with all the "open house" invitation we got but the day was made more sweet when I logged into my PPP account and see twenty something opportunities instead of the measly three or four offers that I get daily before the PR update. Now, I can take my take choosing the opps to write for.. Woott!!!

Cartridge? No Problem..

I seriously love my printer although I can't say the same for my hubby. He has this love-hate relationship when it comes to printer simply because he can't stand paper jam, error printing and ink leakage. I mean, I hate it too when those happens but I guess I have more patience and a higher tolerance for annoyance..hehehehSpeaking of which, I need to get a new cartridge for hubby's office printer and as he always forgets to let me know what kind to buy, I always use Cartridge Finder dot come to find out which cartridge is right for which printer model. That way, I always get the right kind for the right printer. Really awesome site :-)
