Harry Potter And the Order of the Phoenix
2007-07-21 08:11:00 I see that both Sandhya and Nike have already reviewed the movie but I havent read them yet because I don't want my review to be coloured by theirs.First thing I liked about the movie was the very first scene. The arrivals of the dementors was really heart-beat-stopping scary. I guess that might be mainly because myself and my friends were complaining at that time about how they had twisted the timeline of that particular scene and changed it to look like some tornado was coming after them. The dementors looked deadlier and meaner than the ones in POA. First round in favor of the movie.After that everything went wrong. The Figgs episode , the owls and howlers arriving et cetera were ignored. And Daniel Radcliffe just CANT act! Pathetic and very very disappointing! The entire book was about how harry matured emotionally and Dan looked clueless most of the time with a round-the-clock blank disgruntled look. ^%^&*.
