Old "Rhyme" I Wrote
2007-11-25 11:49:00 This is a long one... it was a rhyme I wrote when I was sleepy, and I was writing it as if I was telling the story in my friend's point of view. KOKEN BOD KAS MERE NAH FICE I'm so dizzur right now, i can't walk or go straight / but i seemed to find my way home safe / it's 4 o'clock / the whole room rocks / i'm watching a matress info-mercial on FOX / today was a very very long day / went to school, went online, then hit the hay / i woke up and it was work time / played music really loud to clear my mind / of those things and those thoughts / maybe it's true i still got the hots / it IS true / but what you can do? / just listen to loud music and your body will move / forget it at least temporarily / but after that, it's STILL gone..barely / work was so boring / then i heard my phone ring / then my phone did the vibrating rocker / it was kim from that kid's footlocker / a little bit we talked / outside no noise is where i walked / then i closed the door behind me then i hea... Philippines Vs. USA
2007-11-22 05:53:00 ...So I continue my differences between the US and The Philippines . I had some bomb ass chicken at Chow King, and there was a meal for Me, My Sister, Michelle, and my Dad, and it only was $8. The meals are so much cheaper, but then the portions are also smaller. But they have the BEST chicken. There was a place at the mall called, "GenEx", and it was "Generation X" I guess. It was an internet cafe. They seem popular there. A lot of guys AND girls go there after school, and just play World of Warcraft or just browse Friendster. I wanted to go on there to email Maricel and stuff, but I had to wait until we were around a WiFi spot - which is rare. We were at the condo, and that has internet connection, and that's when I was able to email and stuff. In order to go to use the "Comfort Room" or "CR", or the restroom, then you have to pay P10 or sometimes just P5, but there was one where I had to pay P50! Wine Tasting at South Coast in Temecula, California
2007-11-19 11:56:00 Maricel and her mom and sister went wine tasting a couple weekends ago. She was left with 7 tokens left, so this weekend we decided to use them and taste some wines. Maricel and I went to the South Coast Wine ry in Temecula, Calif ornia with James and Holly. We ended up getting some more tokens and each of us had 3-4 tastes. I tasted 3 red wines, and 3 white wines. I had a "free" taste of a red and a white because the ladies were nice and said, "I'll pour some of this one, and if you don't like it, then you don't have to give me a token, and I'll give you the one you want." I wanted the Muscat C (I forgot what the C stood for). I think that's the BEST wine I've tasted. But she suggested the Riesling - it was OK, but I wanted to use my last one on the Muscat. Teachers Waste More Time...
2007-11-16 00:23:00 You know what I hate? I hate when a teacher wastes time. Yeah some of them go over stuff you already know, some give what seems to be useless assignments - but that's their job. What I HATE is when they waste EVERYONE'S time when they stop to yell at someone walking into class late. The irony is that the professor can just keep teaching, while ignoring the late-comer. Instead, the professor needs to lecture the student on EVERYONE'S time and in front of everyone. Why not just ignore them and let them find their seat, and whatever they missed, too bad. Why do you need to lecture that student and waste EVERYONE'S time?!? You can just pull them aside after class, and lecture them there. The stupid professor just gets pissed and screws up everyone's day by wasting everyone's time. Beware of the Fake Blockbuster Coupon
2007-11-13 07:29:00 A while back, I got a coupon from someone, and it was a Blockbuster coupon. It offered two movie rentals, one tub of popcorn, and two 20 oz Coca-Cola product drinks. So we took it to Blockbuster, and asked the guy if it was a real coupon. He giggled and jokingly said "...oh yeah, that's a terrible coupon, it's a bad coupon." Thinking that he was joking (because of his tone of voice and body language), we continued to look for two movies and got our drinks, and when he rang up the stuff, he said "$13.50" Then we said, "with the coupon?" Then he said, "I said this was a bad coupon!" Then not knowing what to do, we ended up getting 2 movies for $10, and leaving the store confused, feeling OWNED, and feeling like fools for a scam. It either was a fake coupon that some Photoshop/Illustrator pro made. OR it could've been some unofficial Blockbuster "coupon" that makes you go there, and once you're in, they say it's a "bad coupon", and since you're there, they already got yo... It's a nice place to just browse to see who's in our area and stuff. It's fun, I guess, and you can send each other messages, and bulletins. But there are a lot of things that I hate. Not Myspace, but how people use it. First of all, Myspace is NOT your life! I hate it when people think Myspace is their life. You don't live on there. And if you do, there's something wrong. Your life happens when you're out, hanging out with friends, family, working, going to school, or just driving around. Myspace is cool to check like email, but it's NOT your life! Yoga: Harder than Expected
2007-11-08 08:51:00 So I tried some "simple" Yoga poses. It's harder than I thought. You have to be in shape, or work to get in shape. Maybe I'm just not in shape. But the partner Yoga is hard if you have to carry the other person or if you have to have someone kneeing you on the back. It's harder than I thought, but I have some new respect for people who do Yoga.

The Sauces on the Side

I don't really like the buffalo sauce all on my wings because it's messy, and people say I'm an "organized eater". I like to control how much hot sauce and ranch is on my wings - so it can taste the BEST that it can. So I ordered it. And before she left, I made sure she know what I was talking about, I said, "...so the hot sauce would be on the side, a little bowl, instead of on the buffalo wings." Then the waitress came back and gave me about 4 sausages on a big plate. Then she claimed that I said I wanted "sausages on the side, not on the buffalo wings". I then explained to her that I didn't want the sausages on the side, I wanted the sauces on the side." She was confused. Thank You Prayer
2007-11-06 01:19:00 So many time, we pray to God when we're asking for something. But I'm saying a lot of Thank You prayers to God. It's gonna be Thanksgiving, but also because my aunt who has cancer is getting A LOT better. When we visited the Philippines, she was weak, and her legs were VERY thin (just skin and bone), and now she has some meat on her legs, and she can stand and walk. My sister went to Del Taco in Riverside, CA on Friday and ordered a chicken soft taco and deluxe chili cheese fries with extra jalapenos. About 30 mins later, she felt really sick. She ran to the bathroom and "released" herself. But all night long had to continue "releasing" herself over and over. She felt stomach cramps the next day. Then began throwing up everything she tried to take to help her stomach, (water, pepto, m.o.m.). It was passed 12pm and her symptoms were not any better so she was taken to Parkview Community Hospital for treatment. They ran a blood test that showed she did have food poisoning. Unfortunately, she does not have medical insurance, so she will have to pay cash for her medical expenses along with medications she needs. She is still suffering from alot of pain. I wouldn't want this happening to anyone else in my family or my friends or their children. The pain was so excruciating tha... More About: Food , Other
