Visualisation - For attracting more money

Morning All,In keeping with the current trend of becoming better, attracting more wealth etc, here is my other visualisation that I do every day. My boss is back today and interrupted my visualising only to tell me that I won't be receiving unexpected cheques in the mail blah blah. That's what he thinks........ amazing how when people see how positive and inspired you are, they have to rain on your parade. I have tried explaining to him (he is a very devout Christian) that The Law of Attraction spans all religions and really doesn't have anything to do with what you believe spiritually, it's a way to attract what you want in your life regardless of whatever religion you are. Sigh.......I will say this : don't knock it until you have tried it and don't always be so quick to judge when you haven't even taken the time to even find out what it's about. So.... I hope that there is someone out there today that will find take something positive from this.

Cat Contraption

Well today my son A and I finally finished putting the cat contraption up in the main sections where we know the cats like to jump over. My brother still needs to make the rest next week when he gets back to work; he just made up some as an emergency measure after the fireworks fiasco. Once he is done we will put it on the entire wall. There is still a section in the front on the left of the house where they are known to go over but I have a gate there so a special section will need to be made for that, otherwise I will never be able to open the gate again and the thought of traipsing the wheelie bin through the house is not a pleasant one. The cats haven't seemed to have noticed though that we "missed a spot", they are too busy checking out the rest of the sections and trying to figure out how the hell they are supposed to get over THAT!   I am not sure if you can see properly in the photographs but basically its galvanized steel bolted to the vibracrete wall with a slight ...

 Morning Blogland,2008 I know is just going to be such a great year for everyone. My son A is starting a new job, one that could potentially make him quite a wealthy young man and I am starting a new business venture (with the financial backing this time) which could potentially make me a very comfortable working from home middle aged woman.I normally visualise what I want and I think that this new business venture is the product of my visualisation. The Universe very seldom gives you things the way that you think they will, it's always completely different to the way that you pictured but the result is always the same - you get what you asked for.... Last night as I said I would I lit the fire, poured the wine and waited patiently for 2008 and was feeling very grateful to be saying goodbye to 2007.About 20 minutes before 12 I started getting the cats indoors before the fireworks started but just as I was about to, people decided to start early! Well 5 cats charged inside fortunately as the sliding door was wide open. Jake did not head for the sliding door like all the others. He was absolutely terrified, cleared the 6 foot vibacrete wall and just ran and ran. He landed up in a garden with dogs and I could hear them going absolutely beserk! I could also hear Jake scratching to try and get up the wall. I could hear the dogs were working themselves into a frenzy, Jake was silent. I started praying. Tonight as I have for the past 6 years I will light the fire, pour the red wine and braai my lamb ribs and my cheese and tomato toastie. Tonight I will sit back and reflect on the past year, a year that has been very unkind to me in so many, many ways. And tonight I will let it all go and never look back because it is done, finished and cannot be changed. If anything it has made me stronger and hopefully a better person. What a day! I am so in the "Zone" after being off for 6 days straight (luffeley) that coming back to work has been a bit of a culture shock!We have 150 people moving into our building next week and we need phones, desks, pin numbers etc to be up and ready. Service with a smile!

 Well! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised this morning when I got a call from my new internet Service Provider to say that they were on their way to come and do my installation. The gentleman arrived and when I opened the door he greeted me with a huge smile.Once the installation was done we had a glass of Coke and a cigarette and discussed the problems I had with my previous service provider. He actually showed me the holes that were in the box that was supplied and told me that was the cause of all the problems I had when it rained!Anyway I am now very happy as I have UNCAPPED internet and the speed is great, not at all as slow as I thought it would be.Good riddance I say to bad service and hello to the new guys!I am now a happy camper and am actually having a very pleasant internet experience today with pictures, sounds and all enabled! Internet Down! Waaaaaaaaaaa!

 Hi All,I hope that you all had a good Christmas! My internet provider once again chopped me off. I have 2 Gigs and I have disabled pictures, videos, sounds, auto updates, if fact anything that can use bandwidth. Still though this month on the 20th they cut me off saying that I had used my 2 Gigs. I have friends who have 1 Gig and who gamble online, download and spend most of their day on the internet and they never seem to go over their cap. I was forced to buy another Gig for R150 just to stay online and last night when I got home they had cut me off again. 1 Gig in 6 days? I think not. So I wrote them a really crappy email because I have installed a little program called Netmeter and where it logs me as having used 16 MB they log me as having used 150 MB. When I got home this evening I thought I would just switch on my pc and do some work and lo and behold my internet was back on!I am not sure what is going to happen now as I have told them to cancel it with immediate effect...

Baby Seal Update

Sadly, I did not find the seal this morning. I went from Blouberg all the way to Woodbridge Island stopping anyone I saw to ask them if they had seen him. I also took the binoculars with me so I could scan for him. The weather was really nasty though. It was raining which was lovely for the sunburn but the wind was howling and then the thunder and lightning started so the prospect of being the highest point on the beach, a lone figure........ being struck made be decide to abandon my mission and try find him with the binoculars at Milnerton and Woodbridge, the rest I had walked. Shame poor little guy I think the weather on the beach was too crappy for him and the blowing sand was terrible.  Well I certainly got plenty of exercise yesterday and today and I am feeling quite exhausted. Must be old age creeping up. LOL!I spent some quality time with the cats late this afternoon and I took a few great shots of them "play" wrestling! I thought I would share them.Merry Christmas ...

 Morning all,Well I got my wish, the weather is nice and cool! I suffered a bit last night with the sunburn but at least today I can cover my poor sunburnt self with long clothes.Vusi left me a great cure for the sunburn though..... a bottle of Johnny Black and a bucket of ice. Whilst I can think of many interesting uses for the ice seeing as how I am single I will just put the ice in my JB and now and again maybe rub some on my poor red face!Oh well, I hope you all have a fabulous day. I am off to try and find some frozen sardines and then back down to the beach to look for our poor little seal. What do you mean it's a whale bone?!The rescue guy from yesterday gave this to me.
