Meet Enchantee....One of our favorite stories
2008-08-01 16:49:00
Dr. pink Pinkerton and I received a 9-11 call from Robin, Enchantee's person (mom). She was in tears because everyone was telling her to put down this beautiful girl who is 15 years old.Enchantee had developed a cough that could not be stopped, she was in the emergency room and still they could do nothing for her. That is when the team got the phone call asking for something for her baby, she was not ready to let her go....Bowser said Dr. Pink Pinkerton, lets get this stuff out Federal Express so we can help this beauty that is in distress. The PawHealer never knows if we can help...we just use our best judgment and pick the pattern that the cough fits into....and we cross our tails and toes and fingers. In the case of Enchantee, we felt that because she had hind leg weakness, it was a case of Kidney Not Grasping the Qi....Guess what....IT WORKED for Enchantee and she is 15 years old and she is now now not coughing. This is the note we recieved;Hi, Holly!Thank you for asking for a pi...

Meet Beanie Baby....No More Pepsid For Her!
2008-07-27 15:49:00
Dr. Pinky Pinkerton, the PawHealer herbalist extraordiniare would like to introduce the beautifu Beanie Baby .Poor Beanie Baby came to us after many doctor visits that seems to make her worse. Gina, her person, was distraught and a very nervous customer.Gina had never used herbs before, but she knew that she had to do something for Beanie Baby, because Beanie Baby could not eat. After she would eat, it would hurt her stomach, and she would have to stretch her legs out in front of her as if something was really bothering her.The only thing that worked for Gina, was when she would give Beanie Baby an over the counter anti-acid, and even that was not so great. Beanie Baby had just had Pancreatitis when she came to the PawHealer team and Gina was afraid to do anything because of her fear that Beanie Baby would get worse.Well....Dr Pink Pinkerton says "Bowser" ........and told Gina that Beanie Baby had to get off of the over the counter human drugs because Beanie Baby is a dog! Whooo Hoo says Dr. Pink Pinkerton.....Bowser do we like to receive these e-mails! From: bettyoki Date: 7/10/2008 1:32:44 PM To: PawHealer Subject: Re: ( collapsed trachea ) ? HI Holly, I have had company from out of town since Sunday. I am once again, back to normal. Thank you for your response. Dumplin has been so healthy, she never has had to take a pill or medication in her 13 years, therefore, I will continue to sprinkle her herbs over her food. I have found a way to conceal them by putting a small amount of chicken broth over the food and herbs. It has worked, so far. I certainly am happy to be able to report, good news. Dumplin is also , just about blind and her hearing seems to be failing. I may have mentioned that I have a two year old male, Brussels Griffon. His name is Mr. Hennessey. He is Baby 's eyes & ears ! The Pawhealer team has actually been working with Remy for awhile. She received herbs to help clear heat toxicity, and to clear heat from the stomach. Her problem is that she has a growth under her tongue. From: JoyDate: 5/30/2008 2:25:13 PMTo: holly@pawhealer.comSubject: Kit's collapsed trachea Hi Holly, I must admit, when I received your herbs for lung heat, I was reluctant to try them with my 12 year old, Golden Retreiver, Kit. His asthmatic breathing had gotten a bit better. Then I went out of town for a week and he got off the liquid glucosamine and could barely walk due to his arthritis. When I got back, he was also wheezing again and I started the herbs, along with pain meds/gluc. Two weeks and he's a new dog! I am shocked and thrilled at how well your formulas worked. His breathing has completely returned to normal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The vet said he had a collapsed trachea and said there was nothing they could do for him because of his age and the danger of surgery. Keep up the good work. Arf! Arf!Joy Kramer (Kit's mom)

The proof is in the lab test says Dr. Pinky Pinkerton, herbalist extraordinarie. Here is Sherlock's link for those people who want to read her story! Dr. Pinky Pinkerton is strutting his stuff...Thanks for the update Wendy!Good news on Sherlock's liver enzymes. They've decreased to just over 600 (from 800-900). He said her count is not "normal" (usually normal is around 120 or so), but that it has decreased enough that he doesn't need to see her again until August unless she becomes ill again. He also told me that her count this time was even better than her count last December (and that was before she got so sick this spring). So, I still have about 1/4 bottles left of the liver enzymes and Lyme's Disease medicine. Her tail doesn't droop so much---it droops every once in a while now instead of all the time. Her endurance still isn't 1...

Dr. Pink Pinkerton would like you to meet Hardy . She is a repeat customer of the www.pawhealer.com website. Dr. Pink has been working with her person to once and for all get rid of this girl's allergies. Hardy's wheezing has been so bad that it was starting to affect her quality of life. Cary (her person) first ordered the collapsed trachea formulas...it did some good, but it didn't do the job. The team recommended that Cary look into doing a formula for sinuses....and he did it....Dr. Pink Pinkerton is pleased as pink to say that his furry patient Hardy is on the road to recovery. I don't want to speak to soon ,but I think she is quite a bit better and the wheezing/ sneezing is much less, even though she still will have a few attacks each day- the herbs seem to be working. I am keeping my fingers crossed she keeps improving. She seems to be a bit more energetic and playful as well, and beck to bossing me around. Dr. Pinky Pinkerton (the handsome fellow on the header) is always happy to hear from his patients. This was Charlotte's first time using herbal medicine for her dog Dixie who had a cough due to a collapsed trachea.Hi, Dixie is improving and per our phone conversation, you mentioned that she might need a tonic when she finishes her med. That will be about 20 more days. do you think she will have to stay on the herbs after the 30 days or just wait and see? Also how much is the tonic? She sneezes now and the cough is very infrequent. Is it possible that she will be cured? When she does cough it is generally when she is excited to see me. This is the sad part....Dr. Pink Pinkerton and I shed a tear today for Colleen and Sweet Jeff .It so saddens us when we lose these dear sweet dogs. Here is the good bye from Colleen.....Just wanted to let you know that we took Jeff yesterday to be put down. Most of you know that he had been in congestive heart failure for the past month and that we tried a few ways to help him, but the abdominal swelling continued and he became weaker over time. He did have good days when we thought we had turned a corner, but then he would falter once more. I miss him so much.It never ceases to amaze me what perfect gifts our animal companions are, and how much pure Love exists when they are here. Added thanks from the heart to those who have shared in his care in these last few weeks. I just wanted to let you know.Big love,Colleen--"Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace..."St. Francis

Dixie's Giant Baseball Lump!
2008-04-19 15:52:00
Dr. Pink Pinkerton (that handsome fellow on the header of the blog, and herbalist extraordinaries) received a chat on line from Jan, Dixie's person. She was asking if our formula Dissolve All Over would help with a softball size Lipoma that Dixie had and which was located on her hind quarter. That's a pretty big Lipoma. Of course you never know in a situation like this, but in my opinion I would of tried anything. Surgery should be the last resort. Because the key with this type of thing is to get to the "root" and to try to stop what is causing it to form.Lipomas are an inflammation, plain and simple. Dr. Pink and I (the handsome fellow in the header) received this update about Jeff today. (read about Jeff) Yesterday we had increased his dosage of Zhen Wu Tang to a full scoop in the morning and at the night. It had an impact...Or should we say, a depact? Because Jeff has diarrhea, we are asking that he stop the herbs until things harden back up and then we start again, with a reduced amount.Jeff has a huge amount of accumulation around the middle, his girth is at whopping 28 inches. Dr. Pink and I received this update from Peeks family....We thought we would share itHi Holly,Lesandre here - thanks you enquiring about Peeks, he appreciates it! :0)Yes we started the herbs Thurs. night last week. He is getting 1/4 gram 3x a day and eating it just fine. We'll increase it to 1/2 gram 3x a day this coming Friday.Re his appetite, Holly, he has been on the methimazole for 2 wks now and his constant demands for food have diminished, also he is sleeping more. (Before, he was always camped out in the kitchen waiting for more food.) So it's hard to tell what the TCM medicine is doing at this point, but our faith is with that and we want to get him off the mainstream meds by 3 months. It's wonderful that your babies recovered with your formulas. That's a great picture of you btw on your website
