More articles from this author:2007-02-01 17:12:00 My most recent sighting of the rabbit hunting cat was on 29 January. I happened to look out of my lounge window to check whether the dustman had collected the rubbish when Killer Cat came into view. The cat sniffed carefully at our recycling bags before turning its attention to our main rubbish bag - and that was when I shot into action. We've had more than enough problems with wildlife ripping open our rubbish bags and strewing the contents in the garden so there was no way that I was going to allow that to happen.By the time I had unlocked the door, Killer Cat had, thankfully, moved on without scattering our rubbish far and wide and had made its way to the back garden. It was crouching in the long grass, with it's bottom wriggling slightly. No doubt in my mind that it was about to pounce for there, at the bottom of the garden was a (no prizes for guessing) rabbit!I wasn't really in the mood for another rabbit massacre so I let out a loud "Shoo!!".
