From what I gather, EO 464 is nothing but a reminder that Executive Privilege still exists. And certain sections were struck down by The Supreme Court because it was against The Constitution. ELECTION lawyer Romulo Macalintal said scrapping Executive Order (EO) 464 would be futile as the executive privilege of a president is embedded in the 1987 Constitution. The male student, whose name was not released, was taken into custody for investigation of being a minor possessing a firearm, police said in a statement.No weapon has been found, but there was probable cause to arrest the student, including witness accounts that the youth was carrying one, Lt.
