the coffee festival
2007-02-13 00:47:00 i only have three days to prepare for the coffee festival. next week, i will be posting pictures and will tell you guys the results of the festival. the big question right now is am i ready or not? i still have some things to pick up, i am finishing my menu for the coffee festival which will be this weekend, friday, saturday and sunday. and i will be ready to open on monday for tourists that will still be in town. last time, i hired more than ten people full time, and i did not really do well. this time, i am only hiring a couple. the bottom of the restaurant, i rent it out and it will be like a bar that will serve mixed drinks. i am excited to see how its going to look like. the renter, is an entrepreneur, he knows what he is doing, he said he is going to have a rustic looking kiosk and will get coors light beer models, that will distribute free samples, in that way, everybody that walks up in town, will notice the building. last year, i did a big operation and its fast food, this ...
