Panorama at Bukit Panorama
2008-05-08 16:25:00 It's been a while since i last updated this blog.. not because that i don't have an internet connection, not because that I am too busy with my job... but it's just because i 'fried' my laptop 2 or 3 weeks ago, my laptop shut down itself after a short time of operation.. I only found out the next morning, when there was some burnt smell from my laptop, i could not turn on my laptop anymore after that.. haha.. no worries, after the old one gone, the new one will come soon.. :PHere's abit of update from Sg. Lembing.. some stitched photos from Bukit Panorama .. (Kindly click on the photo for a wider view)Two Panorama facing the east side view at the summit.. it's already fully bright, so there is no "sun" in both of these photos..Panorama view at the west side of the hill...everything was covered by the cloud/mist.. under those mist lies the Sg. Lembing (river) and Sungai Lembing town, where we had out Lembing noodles and Yong taufu..A last panorama photo stretching from the west...

Sunrise at Bukit Panorama
2008-04-20 17:02:00 Hah.. finally I am blogging something more interesting.. other than my job in Kuantan... This weekend was considered hectic as compared to last week. Since all my house mates went back to KL.. Being left alone at home, I went out with my colleagues instead.. Had almost every meals with my colleagues and had a basketball game with colleagues (Erik, William Thong and Ah Fatt) and 2 IMU grand seniors pharmacist who are staying two blocks behind me.. (couldn't recall their name anyway.. anyway that's not important :P) Never thought i would play basketball in Kuantan, some more with friends that i knew for less than a month.. It was a fun game, although i still played like an idiot.. nvm who cares..The next day morning 4.50am we (Erik, William and myself) started to depart to our destination - Sungai Lembing, which is 50km+ from Kuantan.. Reached there at about 5.30am to climb the Bukit Panorama to see the sunrise at the peak.. Bukit Panorama is just a hill in Sg. Lembing, don't reall... More About: Sunrise

2008-04-13 12:17:00 The first week of PRP was not an exciting one.. I was assigned to the Store.. the first few days was bored to dead man! I tried to find something to do, but still ended up sitting there reading MIMS.. sometimes i really felt want to sleep! A good thing about the store is the people there are all nice people, they speaks to you, and very friendly too.. though there was not much to do, i walked around the store, looked into every single item, tried to recognize their brand names and generic names, checked MIMS when i found something i couldn't identified. The first day could be considered as a fly-catcher day.. :P such an easy job to get my salary.. The second day was no longer a fly catcher day, at least i learnt how to check stock, issue and supply stocks for different departments in the hospital.. I was so excited that i finally could do something, i.e. supplying stocks.. but then the next day i realized i have done all the request for medicine stock supply, luckily there was so... KL Marathon, HTAA GoGoGo!
2008-04-02 22:23:00 Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan - "Sihat Sepanjang Hayat" (Homepage).. that's the quote for my currently working place in Kuantan!.. Tomorrow i will head on to Kuantan to work as a pre-registered pharmacist in the hospital.. 20-40 years of working will start from tomorrow.. Driving for 3-4 hours was another first thing i will do tomorrow.. really long journey for a newbie like me.. so we will see what happens when i finally reach there.. before that lets share some of my Marathon experiences to you all..30 March 2008Marathon started 4.30am in the morning.. the previous day, i was working in Bangsar, Lafuma shop and celebrated XinTong's birthday outside the shop until late night 11pm.. decided to stay over at CK house and leave my car with KarLye in Brickfields, since going back home to sleep for 2 hours didn't really matters anymore.. better to stay at CK house to sleep an extra 1 hour.. 2008-03-31 19:38:00 29 March 2008Had an interesting early birthday celebration for Si monyet XinTong outside Bangsar Jalan Telawi Lafuma shop.. instead of doing in some traditional way.. we had a very "Raleigh " style surprise outside the Lafuma shop by the road side in between a tree and a lamp post, we set up a white cloth for "wayang kulit"...had abit of shows by Adrian and Shih Chung before they show this to surprise the 21st birthday girl XinTong..Wishes XinTong a happy 21st birthday! it's today, 31st March 2008..Story of the effect of rising temperature to the metabolism of green plants with commercials.."Kisah seorang anak yang duka nestapa, kerana ibunya batuk... Uhuk.. uhuk.. uhuk.." 2008-03-26 18:47:00 29 March 2008 , the hour between 8-9pm is Earth Hour 2008. Earth Hour is an international event aim to create awareness on reducing electricity usage and lower carbon emission. It is done by turning off your lights and all other unnecessary electrical appliances for one hour. Sydney has done it last year, and it is aimed to happen around the world this year..Earth Hour 2007 has been a target for criticism.. some say that the energy save was negligible. some questioned its practicality (read it here)I would say that by dimming off all the lights for one hour does little or negligible reduce in electricity consumption.. but it is itself is a campaign for public awareness to reduce electricity usage in your daily life.Some questions for you all:Do you off your lights/fans/air-conditioner/heater when you are not in the room?Do you shut down your computer, when you are not using it?Do you shut off your electrical appliances without leaving them in stand-by mode for the rest of the day?Di...

a new template for a new chapter of life..

I finally joined Acrix and AhFoo in the black template gang.. ha :P This giant black millipede shows the theme of the template.. it will still bound to the environment with leaves, stones and dirt.. haha~I was a little bored about the previous template.. maybe i have the same taste with "MJ not Michael Jackson" anyway.. darker template actually saves more energy than using a white background template..Believe me or not? Darker screen consume less energy because white background is brighter..source: http://www.microtech.doe.gov/EnergyStar/i nfo.htm#displayhaha, I am saying this as if there were significant amount of people visiting this blog to cause the significant amount of energy safe.. haha :P I personally feel that darker background are more pleasing to my eyes, because white is just too bright and it makes my eyes tired after facing the monitor for a prolonged duration..Anyway, its going to be another chapter of my life.. i will be starting work.. i...
