2008-02-02 18:04:00 Cycling in Tmn Pertanian was another one of Raleigh KL type monthly meeting.. we had rent ourselves a bicycle then the cycle around until we reach the meeting place, then we cycle back out.. Was late 45mins from the actual meeting time at KL Sentral 8am, because of "The inconvenient truth"!! hahaIt was quite a good response, a whole lot of new guys turn out for the monthly meeting..LuYi and JiaLoon sharing on their fundraising experiences for their expedition this coming wednesday..Alvin cerita pasal Delta punya PIWP..Pada hari sebelum itu, kena "con" untuk pergi LembahTengah.. jadi pergi makan di The Prince.. baru dapat tahu si Raymond Lam datang malam tu.. jadi kami (Christal, KarLye and saya) pergi tengok-tengok kaipo juga..Tak pernah dengar satu lagu dia pun.. tapi dia tidak juga terlampau terkenal.. jadi tidak terlampau banyak orang..Gambar si Raymond Lam yang paling dekat hari itu.. 2008-01-31 20:03:00 Woke up 6am to get the bus to Petaling Street.... Reached there at about 7.30am .. you can see Petaling Street was still so quite without anyone walking around.. meet out with Vincent who arrived there 6.30am to have some porridge breakfast..Later on we went to MBS (Methodist Boys School) nearby to do a 1 hour introduction for the boys there..Here's a photo of Mr President having a speech..The last part was my speech on my experiences during expedition, prepared a long script so that i can just read through it without thinking.. in the end, due to short of time.. I had to summarize it on the spot.. was kinda "kelam kabut" at first then in the end I just end up talking without refering to the script.. haha :PFelt kinda pity of those guys studying in this school.. 100% guys.. wouldn't it be so boring?!! 2008-01-27 17:26:00 went on to Midvalley for a gathering with Acrix and Jasmine.. had some vietnamese lunch and had a nice chat.. Later on, Jasmine go on shopping leaving me and Acrix nothing to do.. so we decided to watch a movie..Wanted to watch Cloverfield, but yet the seatings were just not suitable.. so we decided on a musical story of vengeance called "Sweeney Todd: The Demon of the Fleet Street ".. First thing i would like to say.. too much censor.. was a bit tired before watching this movie, so the starting part seems to be boring to me and i slept for few seconds once in a while.. "P.. Anyway, its still okay to watch, prepare for lots of blood..Anyone wants a hair cut or shave?!! More About: Movie

2008-01-26 19:18:00 Went to volunteer for Delta's PIWP (Post Introweek project) in Rumah Hope , an orphanage situated in Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya.. To be honest, I was really surprised to see the orphanage is that big with complete facilities.. Pretty much the most luxurious orphanage i have been to so far.. They must be getting lots of donations from the community.. covering the size of three bungalows, it's complete with common hall area, dining area and study area, offices, and accommodation enough for 72 orphans..Currently taking care of 60 orphans, although i said "luxurious" above, its just a comparison to the other orphanage.. however if you compare to the luxurious u have at home.. that's way far better than they all.. So, do support orphanage around your community, there are run by volunteers and they need donations to keep on surviving..Seems like TV3 visited this orphanage before..The photographer of the day using Bee Li as a 'tripod'.. 2008-01-23 21:26:00 Been staying in Brickfields for the past 21 years.. never really had a tour around KL before.. of coz never been up the tower too.. I bet 80% of KL residence never been up this tower..anyway on 14 January.. Gilles, Vincent and myself went up to KL Tower ..KL tower is the fifth tallest tower in the world.. built on 1996, it function as a telecomunication tower.. a revolving restaurant offers a full 360 degree panoramic view of the city while dining...Kota Raya area view with Maybank building dominates..Stadium Merdeka and Stadium Negara...The golden triangle area - Bkt Bintang, with Berjaya Times Square at the backSultan Abdul Samad building and the Merdeka Square..Titiwangsa, with eye of Malaysia, National library..KLCC, with Petronas twin tower - former tallest building before Taipei 101 was built.. one of the best view of the twin towerThe tips of the Petronas twin toweranother view of the twin tower.. till then.. ciao~

More articles from this author:2008-01-22 21:04:00 Finally i am back on updating my blog! though these happenings were few weeks ago.. :PWent up to Genting with gamblekingKelvin, smallSharon, naturalbeautyMingJia and badAcrix.. basically, Acrix & myself was 'tricked' by Kelvin to Genting.. Just went up Genting to stayed a night.. While the guys were having fun in the casino, I went to meet my some other friends who so also came to genting.. Had much of the night chit-chating with YenJun and Gilles (a Dutch guy) in Oldtown white coffee shop..Was damn broke that time, wouldn't dare to gamble a single penny in the casino.. even ate instant noodles for dinner!The next day, we had our first "Bak Kut teh" breakfast in Genting.. and to tell you the truth.. the best bak kut teh is still in Klang!!From Genting, we came down straight to Pavillion in Bkt Bintang.. a new shopping complex beside KL plaza.. went by this donut shop called J.CO Donut.. it looks as if it is very famous.. a huge crowd were waiting to buy the donuts.. and it ca...
