Ramsay is a terror...but a terror who you could respect because he leads by demonstrating. It's not just hot air and postulating....I learnt that shrimp, when they are caught...go through so much stress....that their color intensifies, and the taste of their flesh changes. Can you imagine that....shrimp...they get stressed.... and they release some sort of chemical that causes a change in their taste...It made me think about stress and humans... then I remembered advice No. 100 from "Life's little Instruction Book" which says...."Spread crunchy peanut butter on Pepperidge fram Gingerman cookies for the perfect late-night snack"..... When choosing my car rental company online, I went for the cheapest economy car. To my amazement, waiting for me instead was a Red Ford Mustang cabriolet!How convinient!So New York...
