2007-05-30 20:10:00 I am trapped in the confines of boringness and nothingness these last few weeks of summer.Seriously, I could not live like this. There has to be something to do to occupy my time... It's dreadful to find such a thing, when all the books in my shelf are read, and the dvds present in my room aren't worth watching over again. It's raining cats and dogs outside and inasmuch as I want to be hyper, I couldn't cause of the weather. All I wanna do is lay down in my bed, wrap myself with my comforter, have the airconditioning in full blast (even if it's already cold to begin with) and think about my Personal Legend (ok, so I reread The Alchemist for the 'n'th time out of boredom). There should be more to this that can possibly be.what does one do for the unexpected lack of activity? 2007-04-30 20:24:00 The past 5 days was fun.I got to work with Edwin as stylists for the launching of SM City Cebu's North Wing . There was a rehearsal day prior to the launchIf memory serves me right, there were 22 models for the show. Anyway, the fashion show... or should I say "lifestyle show" as what Freddie(director) said... The Lifestyle Show'll showcase the brands available on the mall's North Wing. There were a couple of high-end brands that were on the list... but we only got to work with 3 clothing groups. 2007-04-23 09:28:00 OH.MY.GOD.We got into major trouble last night.Ok, so here's the story: I met up with Michelle and Vania at IT Park. I parked my car and rode with them. We then picked up Blenn at his place then the 4 of us went to Portofino and met up with some Manila friends. Original plan was to bring them to Mountain View and have some drinks but 3 of the guys were sleepy already so, it was only Von who joined us. The 5 of us just went to Shangri-la and hungout at Cowrie Cove and that Cabana place by the beach. By 11:30-ish, we went back to Portofino to drop off Von cause he had to wake up early for their trip to Sumilon Island.Here's where the scary part happens...On our way back to the city, there was a checkpoint with a bunch of police. We used to have 2 providers at home but then had to stop the other cause of their dial-up-ish connection. Anyway, I usually go online to check mails, download songs and videos(no, i'm not referring to porno!) and I really really need a fast connection. I wonder how fast the connections are in other parts of the world?Normally, it would take me 3-4 hours to download an episode of Heroes and I'm using the best broadband provider already here in Cebu. I wonder how fast these providers would be?I don't get the "Unlimited Broad band " part though with AOL.
