Easily one of the most well known faces on tv Shweta Tiwari was humiliated in front of a live audience & the world by no talent brother of daler mehndi - mika who proposed to mr mahesh bhatt about making his usual movies with 'kissing scenes' and he and shweta starring in it. Shweta however put up a brave face & there was only the firebrand shabana azmi who lodged her protest. However chhavi might not be going there but she indeed is a very popular face, tumhari disha made her infamous in tv although the popularity faded away just a little after the show ended. Madhushree was booted out of Jhoom India this week , there is no question in my mind that besides chhavi jatin jodi, madhushree & sachin were the only ones who could really sing. Madhushree has a very sweet melodious voice , she has become an A R Rehman favourite due to that. And she has the atypical bengali housewife look to her which we actually hardly get to see as she is bascially playback singer. I love her 'Kabhie Naram naram' song from Yuva as good as a singer she is , madhushree also is very humble & inspite of getting voted out unjustly over poor singers , madhushree still maintained her grace made a dignified exit from the competition. SaReGaMaPa Sumana Ganguly Sumana was a saregamapa contestant who got eliminated far too early in the competition. She was from Toronto, Canada & a fine singer much better i would say than quite a few others in the competition who made it even to the later stages. Sumana must have been classically trained as she did have a voice of that quality. Rani Mukherjee Rani Mukherji This was at an awards ceremony a few years back where rani had won the award for Best Actress for her black performance. Have to hand it to her at public appearances no one looks as good as her always impeccably dressed. She looked stunning as always in a yellow saree here & no one could keep their hands off her. This was pre aishwarya days for abhishek , so one can see the ample amount of chemisty between the two, how she goes to abhishek for a quick hug as soon as she gets off the stage.
