Mainstream press is reporting Ford behind Corker in Tennessee, a key state. The Blue State is reporting that internal polls showing Ford is still in the lead. A key strategy of the press is to present candidates of choice as leading in polls (by selectively choosing which polls to publicize), knowing that people tend to rally around a "winner."
