Friends - you've probably been reading about the recent horrific death by taser of Robe rt Dziekanski at the Vancouver airport. This is a tragedy of terrible proportions. But what makes this so disturbing is not that it could have been prevented: the most unnerving is how the RCMP, like police forces across north america, make use of quotas.Ok a big fat pollack got killed by the cops, ya, it happened.
