2007-11-08 18:02:00 I thought up a post whilst I was commenting on someone elses blog Zinzine if youre interested... wander over.It was to do with my financial situation and the abject poverty and misery that I now find myself in having not been in work since the end of April.At one point I considered the antiquated artful life of a pan handler as I had been told by my clients that certain areas of London provided rich pickings.That and selling the Big Issue for drugs as some clients confided to meOne time I came upon a beggar in London and gave him tuppence and he rejected it...It was only later when I realised that pan handling can earn enough for your drug fix that I realised he was not a genuine beggar but a drug fucked one... courtesy of course of working with the homeless drug addicts of Westminster for five months.Of course now I am going to have to panhandle being as the DWP only give me 245 pounds a month as incapacity benefit and my outgoings and lifestyle demand ten times that amount at lea... 2007-10-30 11:54:00 Film review: You have to go see this film. No matter that you haven't ever seen an Indian film, or even a Hindi film. For a little over two and half hours ( with it has to be said a ten minute interval "Hallelujah a toilet break")you will be transported literally on a journey that entices,amuses,and entertains you.It is out this week and I beg you to go see it before the distributors pull it on Thursday.That old chestnut of a film called Brief Encounter looks staid and positively flat in comparison to this film.There is such counterpoint and interplay that I even want to go and see it again.No other film save Return of the Jedi has had a repeat viewing in the cinema from me in the recent past.

There is so much that is flying around with the full moon just gone and other stuff that comes with this time of this particular month including the clocks going back on Sunday morning (if you didn't remember then this is your chance to get an extra hour of time for sleeping and the rest...)For me personally it means that there are now five months of dark evenings but I don't care.. I have a lightbox so summer is always present if I need it.Apologies to regular readers.. there are some... but Henry is catching up with some decent quality time and trying to catch up with friends, listen to music and generally heal so there isn't going to be some sharp witty comment here for a bit because well Sunday signals the herald of it getting dark before you go home in the evening from work.I try to think of it as governmental induced jetlag twice a year to put it into a different perspective so I guess this does have a political slant...
