Hannity and ABC On William Ayers
2008-04-18 11:22:00
Story From A NEWT ONE After eight years of Hannity defending Bush and going against anything that the Democrats tried to do to help this country. ABC allowed his poison to come into the Democratic debates in reference to William Ayers and his relationship to Obama. Was there any relationship with Obama at age eight and after when he and Ayers was on the same board? William Ayers is a professor of education at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is also a former member of the Weather Underground Movement, previously known as the Weathermen, a radical 1960's Maoist movement dedicated to sparking a revolutionary overthrow of the United States government. He, along with other members of the Weather Underground, turned themselves in to police in 1981, after a series of official acts of misconduct on behalf of law enforcement officials ensured that they would never be brought to trial for their activities. Obama's connection to Ayers began in 1999, when they served together on the b...
Telling It As It Is And Not Causing Hate!
2008-04-12 09:22:00
As I read a lot of other blogs, I hear playing race card and race tones all over their comment sections. Are we blind to what is going on in America? Why can't we see the real issues and start from there? Whomever gets the nomination from the Democratic party will get my vote and that is all to it. All lies and hate should be put aside and those that are starting it should really look at what is going on in the Democratic party. Obama response:Would you prefer McCain to Obama as our next President, what say you?

Oops There Goes Another One!
2008-04-06 21:52:00
First let's start with the first lie. See Hillary first lieYet another lie has been spreaded by our former first lady and New York Senator. According to The New York Times.Sen. Clinton has been going around claiming that "an uninsured pregnant woman who lost her baby and died herself after being denied care by an Ohio hospital because she could not come up with a $100 fee.""The woman, Trina Bachtel, did die last August, two weeks after her baby boy was stillborn at O?Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, Ohio. But hospital administrators said Friday that Ms. Bachtel was under the care of an obstetrics practice affiliated with the hospital, that she was never refused treatment and that she was, in fact, insured.?We implore the Clinton campaign to immediately desist from repeating this story,? said Rick Castrop, chief executive officer of the O?Bleness Health System. Linda M. Weiss, a spokeswoman for the not-for-profit hospital, said the Clinton campaign had never contacted the hosp...

Why Bother?
2008-03-19 23:06:00
Why even bother to complain about what President Bush has done to this country or even the war in Iraq, when we are set on allowing John McCain to become President. How is it that we sit around computers for days on end and talked about the lives and what this President has put this country through. We are ready once again to do the same thing if our candidate does not get the nominee for President. How do we justify Clinton or Obama being so wrong for this country when we have spent the past seven years with Bush.I hear how this war has been wrong and the lives it has cost and the money that has been wasted to fuel it was wrong.Yet I hear and see everyday the followers of Clinton and Obama making statements that they would not vote for President if their candidate is not the nominee. Just what are we doing and how in the world can we fix this mistake that we are about to make for our country?
A Speech Will Not Change A Dislike!
2008-03-19 03:22:00
There has been a lot of talk about Obama and the speech he made today. I thought I would present Olbermanns take, then re-post what I read from JollyRogers site today. The Chimpromised MSM, Faithfully Serving Their MastersWritten by JollyRoger on March 18, 2008 ? 11:31 am Barack Obama is going to have to address some hateful comments his pastor made today, and he?s going to have to do it in the context of race. The Klanservatives have been trying HARD to inject race into this campaign, and they?ve received a powerful boost from the Clinton campaign. One would have hoped that Hill would have avoided the Klanservatism, having been the perennial victim of some fairly vicious misogyny, but one would have hoped wrong. Sadly, ?anything to win? now dominates in American politics. Thanks a bunch, Chimpy and Poppy (of the Willie Horton ad.)The handmaidens of the Chimpromised MSM have yet again proven their unswerving loyalty to Chimpy and his anointed successor in how they?ve chosen to cover...

Olbermann Is Right!
2008-03-14 00:51:00
I've said that I had no dog in this fight between Obama and Clinton. I stated that I was sitting on the fence waiting for the winner to support. After the last two weeks and what I've seen and heard from the Clinton camp. Olbermann makes some very strong arguments against Hillary and how she has fought this fight.I will support whomever wins but for now I cannot support the actions of Hillary Clinton. What say you?
Will Hillary Clinton Say Or Do Anything To Become President?
2008-03-08 10:09:00
Olbermann made some very serious charges against Hillary Clinton in reference to the Nafta Criticism and just what she did or did not do during the Ohio and Texas champagne.America knows what happens when a President keeps secrets and do not tell the people the truth about things. We do not need someone else with this type of personality. What really went on with Hillary Clinton and Obama in Canada and NAFTA? See NAFTAIt seems that Sen. Clinton has told America that only she and McCain had the experience to be President. Just what is it that she is saying?I walk away thinking that Hillary is saying, if she is not the nominee for the Democratic party, then McCain is the logical person to be President. What say you?See what Bill Maher had to say at Let's Talk About It and Pissed On Politics

Undecided Voters Wanted Fireworks!
2008-02-23 07:08:00
In the debates last night, most undecided voters wanted to see fireworks! It seems that most Democrats are split over Clinton and Obama and are showing it by a lot of bickering over whom they would like to see as the Democratic nominee. Will we get a nominee from the votes or will the Super delegates decided it for us during the conventions, what say you?

Conversion Of Conveniences
2008-01-13 04:51:00
Ask corporate lobbyists which presidential contender is most feared by their clients and the answer is almost always the same -- Democrat John Edwards. The former North Carolina senator's chosen profession alone raises the hackles of business people. Before entering politics, he made a fortune as a trial lawyer. In litigious America, trial lawyers bring lawsuits against companies on behalf of aggrieved individuals and sometimes win multimillion-dollar settlements. Edwards won several. We hear how he helps the poor and wanted to stop big business, but did you know this?Speaking of the poor and how he will try to fight the big business man, did you know that Edwards, working part-time as an academic focused on poverty, "worked part-time as a senior adviser," says AP. Since his job was to help Fortress Investment get richer, poverty would presumably not be his main concern. See FortressFour months later, he began working for the kind of firm that to many Wall Street critics embodies the...

The Title is, The Meltdown Candidate and the One-Trick Pony.KUCINICH CALLS FOR 'RECOUNT' OF NEW HAMPSHIRE BALLOTSAnalysts at the Election Defense Alliance (EDA) have confirmed that based on the official results on the New Hampshire Secretary of state web site, there is a remarkable relationship between Obama and Clinton votes, when you look at votes tabulated by op-scan v. votes tabulated by hand:Clinton Optical scan 91,717 52.95%Obama Optical scan 81,495 47.05%Clinton Hand-counted 20,889 47.05%Obama Hand-counted 23,509 52.95%The percentages appear to be swapped. Bush And The Threats that Are In His Mind!
2008-01-07 19:35:00
From UK Times On LineWhile most Americans are watching the different Presidential nominees and trying to make a decision on which one to support. Our President George W Bush will be brief ISRAELI security officials on their latest intelligence about Iran?s nuclear programme - and how it could be destroyed - when he begins a tour of the Middle East in Jerusalem this week.Last month it was revealed that the US National Intelligence Estimate report, drawing together information from 16 agencies, had concluded that Iran stopped a secret nuclear weapon programme in 2003. Israeli intelligence is understood to agree that the project was halted around the time of America?s invasion of Iraq, but has ?rock solid? information that it has since started up again. While security officials are reluctant to reveal all their intelligence, fearing that leaks could jeopardise the element of surprise in any future attack, they are expected to present the president with fresh details of Iran?s enrichmen...

Obama Takes Iowa
2008-01-04 22:45:00
Following CNN's projection that Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) would win the Iowa Democratic caucus." Bennett added: "[Obama] never brings race into it. He never plays the race card. Talk about the black community -- he has taught the black community you don't have to act like Jesse Jackson; you don't have to act like Al Sharpton. You can talk about the issues."Now the stage is set for the next polls to see if what Bennett said will be just rhetoric or truth.

Can Romney Get Around His Faith?
2007-12-17 10:50:00
Republican Mitt Romney just can't seem to get beyond his faith. Remember his speech when he said; ?I do not define my candidacy by my religion. A person should not be elected because of his faith, nor should he be rejected because of his faith,?After watching him on Meet the Press, I wondered just what others thought about Mitt Romney on his faith and just why he can't seem to get away from his flip flops and his Religion. Let The Chips Fall Where They May!
2007-12-13 09:05:00
Nancy Pelosi has Michelle Malkin talking about what she knew about torture and when did she know it. I say if she knew about the torture, then let the chips fall where they may!In September 2002, current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi toured the CIA's overseas detention sites and saw firsthand the harsh techniques interrogators had devised to try to make their prisoners talk.Bush administration officials have previously said members of Congress were well informed and were supportive of the CIA's use of harsh interrogation techniques. We now know that Pelosi, Rockefeller, Graham of Florida, and Jane Harman knew something about said torture. Now they must look at the overall picture and allow an investigation about whom exactly ordered the torture of prisoners.

The Real Mike Huckabee!
2007-12-10 00:51:00
"If the federal government is truly serious about doing something with the AIDS virus, we need to take steps that would isolate the carriers of this plague." This was written by Huckabee in 1992.The U.S. Supreme Court was probably right to strike down anti-sodomy laws, but that states still should be able to restrict things such as gay marriage or domestic partner benefits. Stated in 2003, Huckabee, opposition of gay marriage. "I feel homosexuality is an aberrant, unnatural, and sinful lifestyle, and we now know it can pose a dangerous public health risk." This Southern Baptist preacher seems to be against homosexuality in every way possible. Now he wants to be the President for the people, I guess this will exclude anyone he considers gay. What say you?

What Did The President Know And When Did He Know It?
2007-12-06 22:14:00
Pat Buchanan; "why is the President and why is Cheney and why are the neocons and why are all the others driving us to war if they knew that Iran had stopped its program four years ago? This is incredible."Incredible indeed! The NIE has contradicted the warmongering made by Bush and Cheney who possible knew that Iran had stopped its nuclear program in 2003. Just what was the President intentions on going to war with Iran and why was he pushing so hard for World War III? Is this what was done in the lead up to Iraq, What say you?

Our Government Is Above The Law!
2007-11-29 09:06:00
Jonathan Turley; ?Well, it can mean a lot and that?s one of the reasons there?s a lot of people, both Democrats and Republicans, who don?t want to see it happen. They don?t want a court to say that the president did something that is a federal crime. That?s why they?re trying to get all these cases thrown out of court because it is rather clear that what the president ordered was a federal crime, clearly defined in federal law. But that causes a problem because many of the Democratic leaders and Republican leaders have promised each other that they would not start impeachment proceedings, but when a federal judge says the president committed a crime, it?s pretty darn hard to ignore that.? The administration contends the warrantless surveillance of calls and e-mails is legal and necessary, but has not confirmed domestic calls and electronic communications are being monitored. FISA requires the government to obtain court approval before conducting electronic surveillance on U.S. soil...

Declaration Of Principles
2007-11-27 23:14:00
This Declaration is the first step in a three-step process that will normalize U.S.-Iraqi relations in a way which is consistent with Iraq's sovereignty and will help Iraq regain its rightful status in the international community ? something both we and the Iraqis seek. The second step is the renewal of the Multinational Force-Iraq's Chapter VII United Nations mandate for a final year, followed by the third step, the negotiation of the detailed arrangements that will codify our bilateral relationship after the Chapter VII mandate expires. The U.S. and Iraq will negotiate another year-long United Nations mandate for foreign troops in Iraq, which will expire (I think) in late December 2008. According to today's declaration, following the forthcoming renewal at the U.N., "we will begin negotiation of a framework that will govern the future of our bilateral relationship." That means that during Bush's last year in office, the administration will work out the terms of the U.S.'s stay...
