The Democrats are sweeping away the Republic a n 's mistake little by little. They are restoring rights the Bush Administration and the Republican majority took away from us.The Senate Judiciary Committee passed a bill to restore habeas corpus, you know the one that gives us the right to challenge government detention in court.Habeas corpus was revoked last year by the Military Commissions Act, which is unconstitutional. The Republicans gave away this right as they have most all to this President.The habeas bill can now be brought to the Senate floor by Senator Reid as soon as next month. Just remember King George could veto any legislation dealing with this issue and any others that take away from his powers.I never wish for time to move foward fast, but I must say it will be great when this President is called former President.

Former Champ Diego Corrales Dies In Motorcycle Accident

Diego Corrales died in a motorcycle accident near his Las Vegas home. Corrales, 29, was driving a 2007 Suzuki 1000 motorcycle when he hit the back of a 1997 Honda Accord and was tossed from the bike. Reports indicate a Mercedes traveling in the opposite direction was unable to avoid striking both Corrales and the bike. The accident occurred around 7:30 p.m and there is no indication that either drugs or alcohol was involved.

I know it's hard to believe judging by my two blog sites, but I do not hate President Bush . I even think that he's probably a nice guy in his own way.He seems to be a religious person to a fault and he allows his religious belief to get in the way of rational decisions.He is loyal to his friends and his friends, friends... just look at how he dish out jobs to friends of a friend.He cant seem to listen to rational views... but is very open to what his friends and neo cons has to say.His job as President is the worse I've ever seen, maybe that is because of the opinion he get's from the rich, oil companies, big business and Cheney.I will leave it right there because I have no ideal what it takes to be President... not once but twice.

The justices said the Const itution permits a nationwide prohibition on a specific abortion method.What an open door they have left to be chopped away by more restrictions.President Bush said that it affirms the progress his administration has made to defend the "sanctity of life."Ginsburg said that for the first time since the court established a woman's right to an abortion in 1973, "the court blesses a prohibition with no exception safeguarding a woman's health."I'm not a woman, so what I think just dont really matter. If a woman is in a life or death situation, what will happen now?

Turner asserted that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi "may well have" violated a federal criminal law, the Logan Act, when she met with Syrian president Bashar Al-Assad on April 3.Maybe these guys should pay a visit back in time to the March 31, 1997 when then House Speaker Newt Gingrich did the same thing, even worse.

The initial point of CD4 contact is a site of gp120 weakness because it is the site of recognition—called an epitope—for b12.A friend that I knew since High School died of AIDS a few years ago, she was a very happy loving person. So I pray that this new vaccine that they are testing works.
