HDTV, The Only Way to Go!
2008-02-25 18:19:00 A few weeks ago I bought this TV. The time had come for HDTV in this household. Quickly we found that Direct TV not only had better packages then its cable or satellite competitors that the decision was quite simple. Dish (Ecostar) just could not compete and I hate cable companies. Dish Network's main problem is extremely poor service. Calling India and having them read a book about my issue, well they lost. Direct TV was simply more NICE. And for a English speaker, I could understand them and they could understand me. Not sure why Charlie (CEO of ECOSTAR) decided to bail out on America, but he did and they only cared when I canceled the account and wanted to offer me all sorts of incentives to stay. Being a customer for 6 years they wanted to keep me, but never offered anything before because my bill always arrived on time. Back to this thing of "art" Vizio, 50 inches of very beautiful HDTV.
