This Land is Your Land

This country is the best place to live, hands down. There are a lot of things wrong about our country, but there is a lot more things right about it. The funny thing is, it seems to be the things that are wrong are the way the good things are implemented. I’m don’t want to go into depth of each yet but it will follow soon. Think about immigration. This country is made up of immigrants. This should always be a place for people to come and make a dream come true. There are laws of this country that those who wish to come into the US must follow and they need to be enforced. Another poor implemented idea is welfare and unemployment. It’s understandable that some people need some help with the essentials during hardships. The problem is when the system is abused and becomes a way of life for some people. My Thoughts About My Church

Funny thing is I don’t go to a church right now. I’m probably still a member at my childhood church but I have been in at least 3 years, maybe longer. I’ve never felt comfortable at a church. At least not the ones I’ve been to so far. You might be saying to yourself, “this guy just started a blog and the title has church right in it. What’s the deal with that?” Well this sounds a little corny but I feel that I’m in “My Church ” all the time. I don’t have the need to go to a church to worship God. I can worship him at anytime and anywhere. See I told you it was corny. I recently have joined a small study group. God was perfect again, putting the group in my life at just the perfect time when I was searching for something new. I’m not going to say I’m never going to go to a typical church. I have a lot of thoughts about everyday life. Sometimes you need a place to express those thoughts. This is how its going to be to start off with. You know how this is supposed to go. I have topics that I already want to blog about. I will get a list up and post my blog about those topics. When something strikes my fancy I will write a new post. As I get into this more I will change some things and spice it up. That’s it for now.
